I ordered a Scanpan Haptic Dutch oven but chose a wrong size, I called them to ask If i can exchange it for the bigger size, they changed it without any concern, Thank you so much.

Would give no stars if possible, they have had my money for over a month and won't even give a refund, nothing but lies and excuses.
Scam. I got a confirmation email about my order 2 weeks ago and that's it. No reply to email , phone number you can call, is just an automatic message, saying write an email.

Very poor communication. I ordered a pot on the 15th, there was no shipping update after 2 weeks. I called up to no answer or follow-up. Sent an email with no follow-up. Sent another email a week later threatening to report them to the commerce commission, suddenly I get a call back within the hour. Apparently my order was forgotten about in their workshop and now the pot I need was out of stock at the supplier. Got a full refund after much discussion. Unbelievably disappointed

My issue wasn't that I got a refund instead of the product. My issue was that my order was not processed after 2 weeks, causing it to go out of stock (not sure why you processed that other order before mine btw) and me to not me contacted regarding this issue. It took me calling and messaging relentlessly to be told "sorry it out of stock". If I was told "sorry its out of order" 3-5 days after I placed the order I would have been fine but your poor warehouse system and abysmal communication did not let this happen.

I emailed again, asking for a refund, and I posted an unfavorable review here on Trustpilot. After that, I finally got a text from the owner, saying the order could not be fulfilled, as it was out of stock and not available from the supplier. He said he had called me, but I couldn't find a record of a call from that number in my log. A simple response to my email to let me know he was working on it, would have helped maintain trust, instead of leaving me hanging wondering if I had been ripped off. The refund was processed very quickly and for that I am grateful.

I ordered some items from Ecomstore on 14 April and have still not received my order on 12 May. The store assured me that it had been dispatched 2 week ago but it has not arrived. The Shop app which monitors progress is not showing anything.
After this review the guy phoned up and apologised for the delay saying that there has been an internal error and that the order was now in the post. Ā parcel arrived today but only contained one of the two items that I had ordered and not the ones that I needed the most. A very disappointing service from this company and I wouldn’t use them again.
Fast delivery, great price and awesome stock pot. Happy customer, I'll be back :)
Edit nearly 1 month later: I did receive my order, but unfortunately one item was incorrect. Did the many email and text msg dance again, did eventually receive replies, and I've now received everything I ordered. Painful at times, but def not a scam. Phew!
Edit 4 days later: I've just received a personal phone call from Ecomstore, advising they have a delayed supply time and that they are still working on supplying my order, for which I'm thankful. I should receive confirmation and despatch details later today 🤞. They also offered a full refund if I'd rather. So credit where it's due, good on them for getting back to me, albeit a bit late. Will confirm all as promised when my order has arrived.
Original: Wish I'd checked online first. Ordered a week ago, no dispatch update as yet, emailed to ask when I may get an update, no reply. Will give it a few more days. Bit pissed, really want these items.
Ordered some whisky glasses from this store. They never were sent.
Have sent multiple emails, and tried many times to contact them but simply no reply.
This site is a total scam.

I order Vitamix tamper wednesday at 1pm and confirmed my order, after how many days you dont receive any update about your order or atleast informing you that your order has been processed, just an email stating "Order Placed" I send email after 3days questioning update for the order but there is no reply, after 5days I send again 2 email just asking atleast any update but sitll no response. When I send again an email sending my proof of purchased that's the time they reply to my email and you have to wait again for another day for them to reply on your email. You have to push them if you want to ask for a refund and yeah they refunded me. This is my experience on this store which if you can see on their website in their contact us "Where here for you Monday to Sunday" And try contacting them on their number directing you to voicemail. reading to the comments here I think I do have same experience.

I received my delivery today safely, it was well packed. Recommend 100%.
Dont even bother buying off this outfit. paid money and nothing happened. 6 weeks later it took many emails before a totsaly different set of glasses turned up. dodgy and also notice that there is no phone number on website. spend your money elsewhere and this site should be closed down

I wish I had seen this site sooner. I ordered $60 of products using Afterpay, I thought having Afterpay would mean it was a legit business. Luckily I have logged a dispute with Afterpay and have only paid $15 so far. I have had no response to any emails and no tracking information. After seeing the other reviews I don’t hold out much hope of ever getting a reply.

It's telling that this is the second option that comes up on Google when you search this store. This is a total scam - when I saw the receipt without a delivery date I knew something was fishy. I order a NZD 399.00 item and it has just been "waiting for info" on Shop. I've emailed them 3 times now with no reply. This does not seem to be a legitimate business at all and I will be filing a business complaint. Others should do the same.

I should have read these reviews before ordering but I was so happy to finally find the items I wanted I just ordered them without checking! This is a SCAM website. DO NOT ORDER from it. It's also linked to HOMEWARESHOP.CO.NZ. Same number to contact.

Ordered glassware from this site. Initially received no tracking information then received a phone call after contacting to book a delivery time. Delivery then arrived several hours late and glassware was broken. I’ve been attempting to contact them for two months to arrange a replacement or refund with no response. Matter has now been referred to the commerce commission. Do not shop here.
