Last delivery of fuel was 100% kilnfried Ash. This unfortunately has not always been the case!!!!

Following co.plaint I received apology and delivery that most definitely was exactly what I had ordered.

We’re really pleased to hear that your most recent delivery of Kiln-Dried Ash was exactly what you expected.
We’d also like to gently clarify that kiln-drying isn’t something we switch on and off, as it’s the standard for every log we supply. From sourcing to storage to delivery, the goal is always the same: clean, consistent fuel that simply works when you need it. This is something we’ve built our reputation around, delivering thousands of orders each month to homes and businesses across Ireland.
That said, we also know that firewood is a natural product, and we take any concerns seriously. When something doesn’t feel right, we review it carefully and do our best to put it right, which we were glad to do in this case.

A lot of the logs are very small this time, so they burn away quite quickly.

Ecofuel are the Best!
My delivery arrived within the predicted time, so I was able to be there to direct the driver when unloading. He was friendly and efficient and because he had delivered to my home before, knew where to unload the delivery. He also took the empty bags for reuse and the empty boxes for recycling. This is why I use Ecofuel again and again.
