Here at Ecoease we love speaking to our customers and work really hard to help and advise them as much as we can. Our aim is to offer the very best service possible along with a product that will make a real difference to the comfort of their homes. Our unique neatly-edged secondary glazing is highly effective, excellent value for money and incredibly easy to install. We offer an eco-friendly, long term solution which will reduce heat loss through your windows. This will help you to heat your rooms more effectively and in turn save you money on your heating bills. Ecoease secondary glazing will also reduce or more often completely clear up the condensation on your windows. Creating a pocket of static air between your cold glass window pane and the warmer PET glazing panel. Ecoease provides very effective acoustic insulation too - working as a baffle to reduce outside noise for a more peaceful home environment. Unlike many secondary glazing systems, Ecoease is discreet and unobtrusive with no permanent modification needed to your windows. As such it is perfect for Listed buildings and character properties as no planning permission is required. Ecoease allows you to keep the beauty of your old original windows whilst getting rid of the associated problems of heat loss and condensation. Finally Ecoease is extremely cost effective. It is a fraction of the price of double glazing. You don't create all of the mess and costly need for redecoration you would face on replacing your windows. It is incredibly easy to install - no tools are needed and you don't need to hire expensive tradesmen. It really is so easy! With our Measure to fit system you give us your sizes, following the steps from our simple measuring guide. We do all of the complicated bits. We make all of the necessary sizing adjustments, build the secondary glazing units and deliver them to your door. Fitting couldn't be easier as you simply remove the protective films and offer them up to you window frames. That's it! You are ready to start saving money and reducing condensation and outside noise. We would love to hear from you so please get in touch. We are customer advisors, not salespeople and will be delighted to help. Thank you for your time

Friendly and helpful customer service
Customer service was great, when you rang the contact phone number it was actually picked up by a real person very promptly and they were able to help with my query. The glazing was used for a sash window bay where we've had very bad condensation ie water dripping down the panes. The secondary glazing means that we now have less noise, drafts and the condensation is barely noticeable. Simple but effective product.

I have to say that I am disappointed to receive a one star review from you Karen when it is two weeks since you placed your order and the lead time on the page you ordered from said two to three weeks. I am sorry but we don't know a closer timescale than this before the order goes into production as it depends on the order levels. This is difficult to predict at this our busiest time of the year. You emailed yesterday for an update and I replied a couple of hours later. Your panel has in fact now been made and you have had an email to advise you of the delivery. As a family business we work really hard to keep to our lead times and offer good service. A review like this reflects badly on us and I hope that you will reconsider your score of 1 star under the circumstances.

Very good product
Very good product, first windows bought 10 years ago, this purchase was just to renew some of the magnetic tape which had come unstuck.
Doesn’t spoil our wood framed leaded windows as some other double glazed options would have. Would recommend.

It was easy to fit. Very well packed. Suggest keeping the packaging if you intend to remove the panels during the summer as the sheets are quite fragile and easily scratched.

Fitting & appearance good
We have fitted Ecoease secondary glazing to all the windows we can in our listed property and they are great. Largely unobtrusive, so that unless you look for them you only notice the original sashes. If you do look for them especially, they are easy on the eye. Finally, straightforward to fit.
