Worst company to deal with. Promised to pick up car twice and did not show twice. Offer highest price then made excuses to pick up: lost out on 2 deals trying to honor my side. Hopefully you have better luck than o did. Won’t recommend - terrible experience

Rapide, bon prix et très efficace

Service très rapide grâce au site internet. Une fois les questions répondues, j'ai eu rapidement une estimation et une invitation à prendre un rdv avec l'acheteur pour une inspection rapide du véhicule et la signature du contrat de vente. Le montant initialement estimé a été respecté et déposé directement dans mon compte de banque par intéract. L'acheteur a été très courtois et respectueux. En moins d'une demi-heure tout était terminé. Ils sont supposer envoyer la demorqueuse pour venir chercher le véhicule. À ce jour, personne ne s'est encore pointé pour venir le chercher.
Finalement, un homme est arrivé avec son camion remorque le vendredi soir à 9h30, ça c'était moins le fun.
Lorsqu'il a reculéson camion pour monter notre côte, il a accroché ma haie de chèvrefeuille et a pratiquement arraché un plan. Une chance que j'étais là pour lui dire d'arrêter et de reprendre son recul. Bref, ça n'a pas été aussi facile qu'il croyait mais on a finalement réussi à deux à faire la job sans abîmer ma haies et surtout, sans abîmer mon entrée d'asphalte neuve de 2 ans seulement. Il fallait vraiment être deux. Seul, il aurait abîmer et ma haie et mon entrée.
Je n'ai pas apprécié qu'on vienne chez moi à 9h30 le soir pour venir chercher mon véhicule. C'est vraiment le seul inconvénient majeur de cette expérience.

Reliable, on Time , very professional

Eco-recycle was helpful with my issues on the phone and very committed to customer service and integrity. Offers were easy, accepted offer of $310, for Friday pick up. He did not have correct address to start with and then couldn’t tell me where he was. Finally arrived to then low ball me with $100 off original price.He immediately backed off on price change when I called eco-recycle. Then said he didn’t have the right change and had my husband scouring the house for $10! Why wouldn’t you come with correct amount. Eco-Recycle manager followed up next day and will end their contract with Stars Auto sales and Used Cars. Their support and service was excellent throughout.

On m’a dit rapide et efficace j’ai du laisser la voiture 3 jours en plein milieu du terrain et appeler 3 fois pour avoir un semblant d’info de quand il venait remorquer la voiture. Vous devriez enlevé service rapide.

Update: Eco-Recycle responded to my review within hours, asking to learn more about this experience. I spoke with Yassine at length about Eco-Recycle’s business model and their commitment to having happy customers even though they do not manage the buyers that act on the accepted offers. Yassine acknowledged he was aware that the buyer, Dynamic Auto Wreckers Inc., had done the same thing to one other customer and he was very apologetic for our experience. Yassine committed to making things right and arranged for another buyer to purchase our vehicle off the original buyer for the $1000 paid to us then pay us an additional $1000, totaling $2000 for the car. We had the $1000 etransferred to us within 30 minutes along with Yassine’s promise to end Eco-Recycle’s relationship with Dynamic Auto Wreckers Inc..
Although we didn’t get the full $2500 from the accepted offer, we are satisfied with Yassine’s resolution and quick response to our complaint. I would use Eco-Recycle again, provided Dynamic Auto Wreckers Inc. is not involved in the transaction.

We picked Eco-Recycle because of the good reviews on Google and TrustPilot. We did see a few negative reviews but they seemed to be the minority. It is possible this is more of an issue with the recycling partner and not Eco-Recycle. That said, Eco-Recycle should properly vet their partners and consider improving their intake form to allow people to provide descriptions and more detail on the vehicle condition so the process is more transparent.
So, let’s get into it… Horrible experience! Beware of misleading ‘bait and switch’ tactics. We selected all of the options to indicate our vehicle was not in good condition mechanically and needed work. We received an offer of $420 then texted STOP after which we received another offer of $2500. After thinking about it for a few days, we accepted the offer. The first scheduled pick up, the operator did not show and called at the end of the pick up window to reschedule. The operator showed up for the second pick up time then proceeded to stay firm on an offer of $1000, $1500 less than the accepted offer.
If we could have described the mechanical issues in advance on the Eco-Recycle form we would have, but there were no fields available to do so. Very shady tactics. BEWARE!

After encounter with independent tow-truck driver, I thought here we go, just another grifter looking to pad his wallet after a deal in writing was made.

Unsolicited, EcoRecycle Management did follow-up and made sure the original vehicle deal was honored and the rogue contractor was held accountable. Without doubt, they are a reputable company that cares about integrity, ethics and Customer Service. GOOD Job Yassine!

As soon as I entered my information online, bidding began. An agent from EC phoned me and talked me through the process. More bids came in. We settled on one. The agent negotiated with the highest bidder at my request, with success! He took pickup instructions from me and arranged for a phone call from the bidder just before pickup time.
The agent was very helpful & patient.
Next day the car was picked up as planned. I was paid in cash as I requested, and owner transfer forms were completed.
I highly recommend this company. Fair pricing, quick service, nice people.

Great sevice and friendly.

I sold two cars to two separate companies through this app. The first one went perfectly smooth. Showed up on time, paid me the agreed upon amount, loaded the car, and done. The second one showed up over an hr late. Tried to offer me 2/3 the agreed upon price, claimed they didn't receive the 9 pictures I had submitted, started trying to talk about the catalytic convertor (which had never been touched), felt very scammy. Very frustrating, and disappointing. We ended up agreeing on 75% of the original price, mainly because i just wanted the car gone and not have to deal with the headache anymore. While that transaction left a poor taste, overall I would recommend the site to anyone selling a scrap vehicle. Sure beats wading through the neverending scammers on marketplace or kijiji. Set up was quick and easy, offers were made within the hr, scheduling was very easy...the whole process was basically headache free.
