EcigZoo Anmeldelser

Great product range, delivery options and rapid delivery. I’m a long term customer and have never had any issues with the company. When problems have been encountered they are quick to respond and have always corrected the problems without any debate. 👍

Brilliant online service.
I know I can ask any questions about which vape is suitable for my needs and the shop will take time to reply with a knowledgeable answer.
The menthol ultra is great!
I always buy from here. The vape juices are real quality
I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy. Fast delivery too.

I usually buy in store from EcigZoo and the staff are alway knowledgeable and friendly.
I did an online order as a couple of flavours I wanted were out of stock in the shop, I was so impressed when my package arrived in less than 24 hours later. Amazing service and I highly recommend this business for online shopping and in store shopping.

Fantastic service as always, ordered yesterday and arrived today, friendly n helpful, thank you

I found their website online and have made several orders now. There delivery is always prompt and products always great.

As the shop is currently closed I telephoned my order yesterday lunchtime and have received my order today!
Fabulous service!
Many thanks 👍

Awesome shop, online service and customer service, after being let down by another company I came to ecigzoo and they did exactly what they said. Don't bother going anywhere else these are the guys to stick with

Great products and great service!
I pop in a couple times a month to get my juice and coils.
The staff are always really helpful and have the time of day to chat with you and for a new vaper helped me pick out the right kit for me.
I wouldn't use any other place for my vape stuff they are amazing!! Best customer service :)

Its a no hassle vape site thats makes you smile.
Thanks ecigzoo.😀😀😀😀😀

Just been in to the Peterborough store. My first impressions were that this is a proper vape shop! The staff were super helpful and friendly, especially the big fella that served me, (can’t remember his name 😔) but really made me feel comfortable and helped me decide on my new mod (iJoy Shogun Kit). I would highly recommend this shop to any vaper of any experience level. Top job EcigZoo Peterborough!

Hello, I know that I'm tough customer due to my hidden disabilities, but was served properly, and foremost with understanding. The staff went extra mile to sort me out, so if you visit ecigzoo (Peterborough) you know what you're in good hands. Definitely recommend (which I did).

I use my local shop in Wisbech Cambs and their online ordering. The guys in my local shop are amazing, always very informative and helpful. I have tried to give up smoking many, many times but with their expert help and guidance I am now a non smoker and have been for 9 months, well nearly 10 months! This is the longest time I have ever been without a cigarette and don't want one any more!! I am a non smoker now and it is thanks to them!!! Thanks fellas!!!

Fab service. I was desperate but sceptical about pain relief properties. I was advised it would be immediate and it pretty much was. The pain hasn't stopped completely but it's no longer acute making it manageable. Thank you so much. First rate service.

Ordered one day, delivered the next - excellent service! Guys in the shop are brill. Highly recommended.

great juice & fantastic service all at good prices can't fault anything.

Somewhat disappointed that your website advertises 4 for the price of 3 and when ordering 3 bottles of the same product a forth was not included foc. Other than that the service and delivery were up to the usual high standard.
Thank You.

I have been using Ecigzoo for a few years now and always had excellent service. The order i placed on Friday afternoon was delivered on the monday . The eliquids have a good flavour we use mostly menthol andd have found the flavour to be a constant where i have had liquids from other places which change taste per batch. Buying in bulk saves a few quid as well.

Excellent service from the online store and warm, friendly service and advice from the staff in the High Street

Have been using EcigZoo for ages, and will continue to use them.

i am dissapointed with my last order you sent me all small bottles which i did not want i always have the 300ml bottles white ones so i am not happy
