Cheap and super delivery time well impressed

Variety of choices and flavours. Items I purchased were on sale, excellent value.
Placing my orders was a fast process. I received detailed emails confirming my purchase and later detailed emails regarding despatch and fast delivery date. Satisfying experience.

Good experience all round. Highly recommend.

All very good and prompt but the phone no. given on the website put me through to a person on a ship which made me feel a bit concerned.

Easy to use website, quick delivery and great product

Really terrible customer service. Replied to early emails with ridiculous excuses that didn’t make any sense, and no communication after that. I still have a vape missing from my order, and 3 that were faulty upon opening that didn’t work at all! So they have my money for four vapes and I don’t have the vapes to use. Think that’s called theft! Online chat doesn’t work, emails go unanswered, messenger goes unanswered as does their phone number, and I’m also unable to leave a review on their website to prompt them to answer, as all reviews need to be verified before they’ll post them. That’s very convenient for them, as any less than flattering reviews magically disappear and aren’t posted on their site!! Oh, and there’s no facility to leave a review on their Facebook page, as the posts section has mysteriously been removed/is not there. Terrible company, so many people have had similar issues, and been fobbed off or ignored, or given ridiculous excuses.
This company are more than happy to take your money, but beware if there’s any sort of issue with your order, as they will just make excuses, then ignore all of your messages asking for help. If you have anything missing from your order that won’t send you another, to them it’s just tough, we’ve got your money and we couldn’t care less if you’ve got the item you’ve paid for or not!

Shame I can’t leave 0 stars!!! After receiving 2 dud vapes, never replied to messages! DO NOT trust this site as no padlock for security and although I cannot prove it, I received a scam call from my ‘ bank’ . Bided their time over 2 weeks!!

Did not have my item available once paid for and had to settle for what ever they sent

3 of 10 vapes leaked. I stupidly opened them all thinking I could get them to work. I knew I shouldn't have but I did. To be honest, I almost didn't bother emailing in about them for the sake of £30 but I decided to anyway. At the end of the day, they did leak - vapes do leak regardless of how merrily you pack them, and they probably get this sort of thing from time to time. They fobbed me off saying that they packed them perfectly and they can't do anything cos I've opened them now. I say they, I'm pretty sure the owner himself emailed me back. It looks like a 1 man band operation that cares about making a sale instead of a long-term customer.

They leaked before I opened them mate. You know this sort of thing happens. A gesture of goodwill would have kept me buying from you in the future. As it stands, I won't be buying from you again. Go on some customer care training. Understand the customer might be telling you the truth. Put yourself in their shoes. Give us the benefit of the doubt... and you might be around for another 10 years.

Had issues with goods not arriving, but i am glad to say the replacement order was swift and correct.

Shipping time is perfect and the vapes have good taste

Trusted indeed - solid and dependable. They have a wide range of stock at the best prices. The website is easy to use and not glitchy, and the service is good because they post very quickly.

I bought two vapes, neither of which worked - nothing comes out when you suck on them. I contacted them and they told me to "pull the strip properly, let it sit for a while so the coil may be properly soaked in liquid, and charge it". Did all of those things and they still didn't work. I contacted them and they responded twice then started ignoring me. I followed up with them and they still ignored it. Stealing money and ignoring customers - not very happy.

Update: their reply to my review is frankly incorrect - they did not respond to 3 of my most recent emails to them

The vape i ordered didnt work and when i emailed them about it they told me to charge it and let the fluid sit over night i did thay for three nights in a row and it still didnt work and when i emailed back i was ignored and then i emailed two more times and was continued to be ignored and then i found out they sent me the wrong vape anyway and still nothing back
