If I could give this company zero stars I would received wrong order had to pay to return this myself still haven't received my refund and currently going through citizens advice to get my refund back customer service is shocking emails received were very poor English would recommend anyone to avoid this company 100%.

lucky they are getting1 star. tried to get in contact to say 1 of the vapes that were sent was faulty and they told me not there concern it was up to the manufacturer but told them no im ur customer and they should put things right and havent heard from them since, horrific customer service

Sent me the wrong order and a week later I still have no information
My order was perfect came in 2days, however I made my friends order for her the next day and 2days later it turns up but they’ve sent us 6x wrong vapes. I messaged and they said to return to … address which we did the same day and they would pay for the return and send my correct order back to me. The post office said it’ll arrive to them in 3 days it’s 9 days and I still haven’t heard anything after many many messaged and many emails and I still don’t know if they have the return order, if they’ve sent my original order or if I’ve now lost £36. Not very happy about the lack of reply’s or information I’m not receiving

Terrible service!
I cannot comment on the product but the customer service was appalling. Paid extra for speedy delivery - after a week, nothing had arrived. I chased by email ( there is no phone number!) to get a very abrupt response saying the colour selected was unavailable and they were waiting for a reply to an email they had sent me. What colour did I want instead? I had never received an email and they could not send me a copies of the emails that had 'apparently' been sent. The person sending the emails was rude and unpleasant. I asked if I could get a refund on the postage costs, as a gesture of goodwill. But that was not forthcoming. I do not recommend this company at all. Steer well clear, is my advice! Not a good experience. Will take my business elsewhere.

Absolutely shocking seller
I ordered 4 vapes. One of the items were defective. When I contacted the seller he/she told me that it’s not their fault. They asked me to send photos of the packaging and defective items which I complied with. When I asked to have a replacement they said I needed to return the product to them first. When I asked for them to cover the packaging and posting the item to them as the issue was not with me they denied. They have taken £17 from me and refused to help me. I spent over £60 with this seller. They even said that when I place another order they will provide me then and only then with a replacement forcing me to spend more money with them. This company is breaching so many peoples consumer wrights and they are getting away with it. I have reported them to the training standard as they are selling defective items then keep your money when you complain. I will be pushing the law to the full extent with this case. They are rude, defensive and incredibly unprofessional. I will NEVER shop here again and wouldn’t advise anyone to either. I have saved the full conversation and will be happy to share with any new or old customers who will like to report this company. DO NOT BUY from them. They care about keeping your money than taking care of their customers.
In reply to the seller, I sent two photos side by side of one of the products that work which is the “half used vape” along side the defective vape. Please state facts and not bold LIES! Just a preview to the kind of seller you’re dealing with. Also please bare in mind I ordered 4 vapes I’ve used 2 so far that worked perfectly fine. The third vape is defective. I’ve ordered directly from the seller, not the vendor therefore it’s not my problem this is between the seller and who they bought the item from. But instead they would rather insult their customers intelligence. These people are absolutely fowl & goes to show just how bad their services are. Save yourself the headache and don’t buy from them.
Further response, 3 out of 4 items you have shipped were working fine. 1 is defective. Once again you have tried to shift blame onto me the customer. Your team contradicts theirselves. You say you will refund me in return I should remove my review. Now you’re back to blaming me. As a seller all this energy you are putting into blaming me should be put into the person you have bought it from. The point is I am unsatisfied and provided proof that the item is not working. I didn’t even get to vape on on it. That’s ridiculous. I paid over £15 for this product I am not going to throw my money down the drain because you as a seller does not want to take accountability. So which is it? Are you blaming me for receiving a defective item or are you refunding me in exchange of me removing my review. These are the kind of people you are trusting with your money. Bullies and Crooks. Ridiculous. You will not gas light me against my consumer rights. I’ve reported them to companies house & support anyone who would like to take their claims higher. This behaviour is just getting worse.

I ordered 5 disposable vapes from this company, when my package arrived there was one item missing which was the most expensive vape. I emailed to query if it was being sent separately or if they didn't have them in stock would I be refunded, they replied asking for a picture of the packaging so they could check, I sent the picture and I heard nothing back, I emailed again 2 days later, nothing back and I've still not been responded to 4 days later. Very disappointing as I would have probably continued to use this company if it wasn't for this, I completely understand human error cannot be helped sometimes but to ignore my emails is unacceptable service

Thank you for your response but the information you have stated is false, I have just forwarded you the email trail with my emails and the one where you asked for a picture of the packaging. Very clear communication from my end. I will await your reply via email before updating my rating
**FURTHER UPDATE**
After the company found my emails in their spam mailbox they advised that they could either refund or send the item with my next order, I was going to do another vape order anyway so I decided to give them another chance. I made the order and they kept their word and sent the missing vape. Even though this issue occurred, I'm giving 5 stars as they rectified the issue and I believe everyone deserves a second chance. I will continue to use this company for as long as no further issues occur
