I would stay well clear of ECC.
Paid £5495 back March 25.
No updates when you phone as they never phone you. They can't tell you how things are progressing. If you are thinking of using this company. Stay well clear. I feel I have been well and truly scammed.

Can only praise this Company, helpful, courteous and friendly. Both Steven and Wendy have guided us through various processes, not being particularly technically minded. Highly recommend and always kept in the loop

My wife and I had been trying for years to get rid of a timeshare, when we decided to use ECC. The company is not cheap but is very effective at what it does. Steven John looked after us throughout and gave us a form of words to use each time the timeshare people came back to us. We owed arrears of maintenance and ECC managed to save us around 5000 euros with these. We are now timeshare and debt free. We would thoroughly recommend using ECC who guarantee to get you out of the timeshare contract.

At the time I was looking there seemed to be a lot of companies around promising to help but most had terrible reviews. I then found ECC. and decided to give them ago and glad I did.They did tell me that it could take a while but always kept me informed in what was happening .I would like to thank Wendy ,Steven and John especially who have been very helpful to me to finally get rid of my timeshare Thanks again Pete

ECC have been an absolute lifeline for my husband & I. We are delighted to be successful free from the timeshare and our future offspring won't carry the burden to take on likes annual maintenance fees etc. Steven & Wendy have been patient and very informative, keeping us right every step on the way! Steven dealt with our contract with ECC to terminate our timeshare points allocation with Diamond Resorts.
He provided the guidance that directed our communication with Diamond Resorts resulting in their agreement to terminate our contract within 48 hours of our contacting them.

ECC was very efficient and helpful in dealing with our need to release us from our timeshare. They were always friendly, helpful and importantly prompt and quick to deal with issues

I was referred to Steven as a means of expediting exit from a timeshare agreement. He is a no nonsense , direct type of individual. He promised at the outset he would achieve exit for us and whilst I naturally had some scepticism regarding his claim….he delivered in double quick time. You do need to follow his guidance throughout and act promptly when requested to achieve the desired quick fire result. Thanks again Steven

First had contact with company nearly 4 years ago. Due to misunderstanding on my part I thought work had ceased but have recently heard from them again and received great service. Everything is now sorted and Wendy has been very helpful.

From beginning to the end Steven was very helpful in guiding me along the path to a fruitful conclusion. The time period was surprisingly very short, due to Steven's experience in handling these type of claims.

To be finally free of timeshare after several years of fighting is a huge relief, nothing was happening until Steven John contacted me and promised he would succeed, he kept me informed and helped me through all the forms as I am a 79 year old widow not at all computer literate, I wouldn’t have done it without his help as I didn’t think anyone else was listening

Has anyone had a positive outcome of compensation with this company?. Two and half years and still waiting?. Nobody now is responding to emails and messages when I contact them?

ECC made a promise and kept it. They guided us in being able to remove ourselves from future management fees.
Steven was positive and professional throughout the process.

Na een aankoop van €1798 bij Segway begon de ellende: late levering, geen mogelijkheid tot retourneren en nul reactie op onze pogingen tot contact. We voelden ons machteloos... tot we ECC Europe inschakelden. Vanaf dat moment begon er eindelijk beweging te komen bij Segway.

Het heeft ruim vijf maanden geduurd, maar dankzij ECC hebben we ons geld terug! Het contact met ECC was snel, duidelijk en uiterst professioneel. Hun inzet heeft écht het verschil gemaakt.

ECC is een toporganisatie en in een wereld waar negatieve ervaringen vaak de boventoon voeren, is het des te belangrijker om dit soort positieve ervaringen in de spotlight te zetten. Heel erg bedankt!

Wendy and team did everything needed to rid me of my timeshare nightmare although long winded at times can’t recommend them highly especially Wendy

I have been kept informed all the way during the procedure to get me out of my Occidental time share. I particularly want to mention Steven who has been very encouraging and who has got back to me almost immediately with my concerns/questions. He has a direct attitude which I find gets to the point and answers needed to make me feel I am in good hands. Cannot recommend the company enough if you need help getting out of your timeshare.
