Great Service!
Placed an order on Ebuy7, it was dispatched a couple days later via FedEx (preferred selection) which I then received in 6 days.
Everything went smoothly, no issues.
Order arrived with the correct item and came well packaged.

Definitely ordering again
When you buy from here you are paying price plus local shipping to warehouse after which you will receive an international shipping charge, part of doing business in taobao, everything was exactly as ordered(read small print, some things lost in translation, make sure before you buy and you will have a good experience like me!

I was a bit sceptical after reading all the negative reviews here, but my experience was great! The order arrived before an Aliexpress order that I had placed before this and was packaged very well. Keep in mind though that you will have to pay for the shipping separately after they have received the item in China! (In my case this was 2 days after I had placed the order)

Super fast delivery, thanks to DHL, when it eventually got shipped. Good condition even though the packaging foam was crazy. The support has been fast and easy to talk to.

Order arrived in USA on time
Ordered a fairly large item for a older car to be shipped to USA. Communication from Ebuy7 was great and I was given a time frame of shipment. When the car door covers arrived, they were packed securely and still in perfect condition. Prices including extra shipping were great since my item was not available anywhere else in the world at the moment. Excellent experience and I will definitely order from again.

Ordered a helmet and a safety helmet belt, paid total cost is US67.66...and paid Shipping Method: FedEx-Pak (Y) (2-3 days) for US28.76. Then got an email saying they wanted more money for overweight shipping costing US17.33. After 12 days no news of my order. After trying several time contacting the Seller, they finally reply and said one of the item is not available. Now they email me another invoice and wanted me to pay the amount again. Worst of all, they even automatically deducted the amount from my credit card. THIS IS A SCAM!! I am so disappointed as this is suppose to be a birthday present.

I added an item to the basket, calculated the shipping to uk (which cost more than the item) added shipping to the basket, paid and then got an email saying they wanted more money for overweight shipping. SCAM!! Stay clear of this site!

Ich habe bei EBuy7 3 x 100er Packungen Lipton Jasmin Tea gekauft - meine Bestellung wurde bestätigt. Nun habe ich 6 x 25er Packungen erhalten, also die Hälfte, und sie sagen dies sei Ok. und sind nicht umzustimmen!
I have bought at Ebuy7 3 x 100 packs of Lipton Jasmin Tea - they confirmed the order. I have got 6 x 25 packs, it is just half, and they say that this ok. They are not reasonable!
