I have purchased from Ebor a few times now and each and every time they have been fantastic.
We had an issue with a necklace and they were quick and very prompt in rectify the issue.
Because of the quality of product and customer service I will only buy from here.

The ordering procedure is very straightforward and quick. The pendant is as described and matches my other items well. Delivery was quick and the item was well packaged.
I would have liked a confirmation e mail to say that my order had been accepted and was being processed. That is the only negative, otherwise all good.

Although I received an email acknowledging my order and payment and saying my order was being processed. I twice requested delivery details and received no reply, until two days after it had arrived. A quick update on posting would have been appreciated

Hi Kevi, thanks for your feedback and of course your valued order. We always aim to keep our customers in the loop as to the progress of their order as we realise this gives both peace of mind and clarity to our customers when ordering online. I'm not sure what happened on this occasion but we have recently had a number of issues with our site server crashing, not sending / receiving emails etc, which i think may be the issue. We have now moved to a new server which hopefully sorts the problems. I can only apologise for any uncertainty that this has caused. Hopefully your jewellery was well received and we hope you will continue to use us in the future.
