Dear EBMedical,
Dear EBMedical,
On June 24, 2026, Dr. Travis Zimbelman ordered a pain-reducing cream for my extremely painful foot and recommended EBMedical as the supplier. I now deeply regret following this recommendation.
**Here are the main issues I am facing:**
1. The only prompt action I received from EBMedical was an invoice charging me $92.00, which is outrageously high for someone on a fixed income like me.
2. I am still suffering from pain. After 10 days, I have NOT RECEIVED my medication, which is unacceptable.
3. Your contact number, "636-614-3152," is evidently a hoax. Each time I call, the call is abruptly disconnected, preventing me from reaching you for assistance.
As a medical supplier, it is your responsibility to ensure that medications are sent via services like “Priority Mail” (if you prefer the postal service), which guarantees delivery in 3 days for just $6. Furthermore, you must maintain accurate and accessible contact information.
I expect to receive my medication this year, not next year. If EBMedical cannot meet these essential requirements, it is imperative that you reevaluate your operations immediately.
Sincerely,
Sonia Jager
