Customer Service was wonderful. We dealt w/ Wendy. For 20$, the wallpaper sample that we originally ordered was very disappointing-it didn't give a good indication of the pattern or how it would look on a large wall. Wendy then rectified the issue and offered to do a rendering/mock-up of the wallpaper on our actual wall from a photo, which helped tremendously....
I would take customer service advice and have a mock-up done and use the account manager to help w/ ordering....

Love the mural I selected. This is my second time hanging one so I am getting the “hang” of it. I found it helpful to tear the backing vertically so that I could line up the pattern without the whole width being sticky. Then once I had the pattern matched on the left side I could pull the backing off the right side and smooth from top to bottom. The eazy stick is great as its repositionable and has no smell like some vinyl stickers. Very happy.

I had a lot of questions before i decided to purchase a pre-pasted mural. Wendy is such a big help. She was so quick to answer my inquiries. Customer service is a pleasure to work with. The quality of the image is real good. The ink did run a little while I was smoothing it on the wall but don’t fret. I just blotted it out with a clean sponge. No harm to the mural. The material is thicker than I expected and some of the rough areas on the wall did not show through the paper. So your walls don’t have to be exactly smooth. I skimmed my walls with joint compound without painting. I noticed when I readjusted the paper, some of the joint compound stuck to the paper. I regret not painting the whole wall. But it still turned out beautiful and it did not seem to compromise the adhesion. I love my mural!!!

I love your product , i m a third time buyer ! Last time the mural was bigger and it will have been great to have wallpaper smoother . Having the possibility to add that to my purchase will have been great. So this is my suggestion for you :)

The quality of the image is perfect, easy to install, even if you don’t have experience. We love it.

At first we had an issue with the large wall mural we ordered not lining up, but Wendy on their customer service team helped us reprint the image. We got our order quickly and perfected. It looks so good.
Also, its worth noting that the print quality is amazing!

The picture just what I looking for!!!

The delivery date kept saying that it was being delivered each day just to push it to the next day. I finally got a call from Eazy Wallz to tell me that the address label had fell off but they were able to put it back on. When the package was delivered the outside tube was full of blood. I placed the tube in a plastic bag. The wall paper guy saw the package and refused to put up the wallpaper. I asked him why he would not do it and he said he
would do it. So it it turned into wass afraid of the blood on the tube. Which makes no no sense because I would have taken the wallpaper with caution. But I got another guy that will do it. It has been kind of a hassle. But I still like your company.

Wendy was very helpful in helping me choose the picture I wanted. the application process was a little confusing because she said to put it on left to right, rather than top to bottom. However, my handyman figured out his own way, and it looks terrific.
