Worst tasting out of the lot from the meal delivery lot. It’s like the flavour of nothingness.

Though that would mean I would give it a 3, but meal wrapper was broken on delivery, sent to them on their whatsapp.

No offer for a partial refund on it.

Disappointing experience.

He's given me a £4.60 refund, so giving a 3 from a previous 2 star. I personally think providing a refund equivalent of the persons cost per meal are the basics, and my final spend per meal worked out to £5+.

Though, the thing that was more frustrating was being asked to order again to receive some free premium meal (and "I'll give you 25% off").

I would've rather, listened to the complaint and what was actually going on here. Firstly, refund the equivalent amount, it costs you about £.50 more, but would've atleast gotten you a 4 star.

Secondly, don't push to order again when the person has said they're unhappy with the taste of every meal so far. Why would I buy again, if I don't like how it tastes?

Instead, you could've just left it at that or taken the risk to send a meal as a surprise that you personally checked and thought was good and then I'd probably have bumped it to a 5.

Just not a delightful experience at all.

I had unfortunately not received my first box due to a mistake on DPDs behalf. However, Nick from Eat Ping has gone above and beyond with their customer service, ensuring I lost no money, still retained my first box deal and even threw in extras. Nick is a pleasure to communicate with, very friendly and will do anything to help ensure you're happy with your experience. On this alone I can fully recommend giving Eat Ping a try!

Amazing food and service. I've tried loads of meal delivery services now and Eat Ping is by far my favourite - makes eating healthy really easy as I have no time to cook and probably saved me a lot on ordering takeaways!

So glad to be able to get the taste of home food delivered right to my doorstep! Good variety of dishes that are well seasoned and not bland but still have that healthy feel.

I’ve been subscribed to Eatping for just over a week now and I absolutely love their food! Their meals are delicious and balanced and genuinely make me feel like I’m having a takeaway but without the guilt as it’s all macro counted! The customer service is amazing, Nick is so friendly and replies super fast to queries! 100% would recommend :)

Food is really tasty. Not crazy level of ingredients or overwhelming number flavours. Not oily. Just clean, balanced great tasting food.

Really creative and delicious meals. Often the issue with doing meal prep in East Asian cuisine are all the hidden sources of additional calories but Eat Ping manages to strike the perfect balance of authentic and bold flavours with nutritious and well balanced recipes. I’ve had the subscription for two weeks so far, and every dish have tasted great and are incredible value. Nick (the founder) is also super friendly and receptive to feedback, checking in on how we are enjoying our weekly selections, showing his true care and commitment to his customers and sharing the flavours of his culture. We look forward to our future meal boxes!

I’ve tried a few meal delivery services now and so far this has been the best one I’ve used.
All the meals have been great so far and compared to a lot of others that can be quite stingy with the amount of meal in their portions, their meals are always more generous.

Food is tasty and authentic (as someone who is from South-East Asia) and the company is good at being communicative/asking feedback to improve.

Each dish is packed with flavour! It's almost like I'm ordering food delivery every night, the taste & textures are that good, not to mention it's actually healthy. Would recommend!

I wasn’t getting enough calories with the other meal prep companies but the strength option at Eat Ping solves that! Protein portions are big . I actually feel full after each of these meals and after 5-6 weeks I have noticed a difference, confirmed by my PT. Enjoy most of the snacks as well. Hopefully the menu stays varied (e.g. the chicken and rice cake dish this week was interesting!)

Have always been curious to try a meal prep service since i work long & late days. Eatping seemed more catered to my taste so i decided to give it a go & i’ve really enjoyed the food & it has genuinely made my eating habits better. The menu is good & the staff seem genuinely interested in feedback & keeping customers happy :) I’ve had no issues with the quality of the food & the taste has been great for me also :)

I love the sides! The dumplings are so nice. My favourite main is the chicken tteokbokki ! Great service and delivery

I had the Chicken Kung Pao box for lunch and found it very filling and of great quality. The ingredients tasted fresh, and it was super quick to prepare. A really satisfying meal overall!

I tried Eat Ping for lunch. Besides being very convenient to take to work or wherever you go, the quantity and quality of the food are completely satisfying. A great way to enjoy Asian cuisine in a healthy way!

Eat Ping seems much less professional and established than some of the others. Their customer service and backend systems are all still very amateur. Their system couldn't recognise that I changed meals before delivery date so overcharged me. When I got in touch with customer service they had to ask me to tell them how much I was overcharged and then asked for my bank details to pay me back. I told them the refund needs to be put onto the original payment method... still haven't received a response as I guess they're figuring out how to do that.

Food quality wise, it's your standard Asian takeaway food with smaller serving and completely overpriced. I wouldn't mind if the quality was actually good, but the food is over salty, lots of msg to give you some flavour, and completely devoid of any nutritional value. The whole reason I use these meal prep service is to still get good quality food, but it has to still be healthy.

Cancelled after one week and will be going back to the other providers.

I had my first EatPing meal today: Honey Soy Chicken Bowl (strength). You can taste the quality and freshness of the food from the first bite! The flavour is there but it’s not overwhelming to the point you can’t enjoy all the ingredients. If you are looking for a healthy yet tasty Asian meal I would confidently recommend giving it a go!
