Taste, value for money, portion size, variety, all 10/10. The flavours are unreal and week by week i look forward to my meal prep. Better than a home cooked meal and no washing up to do. Highly recommend and works out same as a weekly shop/eating out.

The best meal prep delivery service i have ever used (and I've tried a good few!)... Flavours are great, portion sizes too, and the delivery was on time. The owner seems to really care about the customer and adds a personal touch. Would definitely recommend.

Overall very happy with what I have tried so far. Simple ordering and no issues with delivery. I have to agree with the other reviewers that the portions are large and I feel full after every meal. I am currently trying to build muscle, and the meals along with the clear nutrition information on the packaging makes tracking easy.

Food is very well cooked and even after being microwaved tastes fresh, whereas other companies I’ve found their food dry. My favourite dish was definitely the beef with broccoli and rice. The beef was so soft and just dissolved in my mouth and so flavoursome.

Only 2 very minor criticisms, first is I found some of the dishes spicy so i couldn’t eat them. One was the cumin lamb. Lamb is my favourite meat so throwing it away was heart breaking. However don’t let this reaction put you off. Spice and heat level tolerance is purely subjective. The other again related to this on the menu I would advise making the spice levels more obvious. Had the spice level indicator been more obvious I would have chosen other options.

Best food company I’ve tried to date and would use them again.

We were delighted with the meals we were sent - praises especially for the prawn nasi goreng ( since we are v familiar with South East Asian cuisine ) , the chicken Lo Mein ( just the right amount of sauces and a perfect texture ) and also the Korean style braised beef . We stopped our subscription only because we travel frequently but would love to see Eat Ping succeed - and perhaps with more curry and Thai options in the future . But it was good value for money !

This is the only ready-meal brand I’ve tried that tastes great straight out of the box - no tweaking needed. As someone who loves Asian flavours and proper spice, this has been an absolute game-changer. Very pleased with this find.

After trying multiple meal box subscriptions - Prep Kitchen, Simmer Eats and Frive, I can safely say Ping is the best among them.

With the other meal box subscriptions, I felt the food was dry, watery, didn’t have enough protein or carbs and was overfilled by vegetables to compensate. They tasted reasonable. Better than supermarket ready meals but not something l looked forward to.

I was reluctant to try Ping initially as I never heard of them. But it was totally legit. In fact, it was awesome. From
My first meal, the macros were balanced and offered the most protein per meal. Better yet, it tasted like it just came out of a hawker store in Singapore. Authentic, real, flavoursome. Not scared to be bold on flavour and spice. The drinks are fabulous, it is a must try.

I am filipino living in UK and i do not really cook. There is not much south east asian dishes in my area so i tried ordering these for a week and already enjoying it. The food taste like home. If you like asian food you will never go wrong on this. Will definitely order again.

The food itself- first of all, it’s genuinely authentic Asian flavours. Proper big pieces of genuine meat. Protein for a gym girl is important and they tick all the goals, including tasting good and REAL FOOD. Plus Nick at Eat Ping is great, really on top of the customer service.

This the first time I’ve ever had food delivered by eat ping and the meals were really tasty, authentic and I would recommend you to try them.

As a Taiwanese person living in the UK and someone who’s very focused on fitness and tracking macros, Eatping has honestly been such a blessing.

I usually try to cook my own meals to stay on top of my macros, but I often run out of ideas, don’t always have the skills to recreate the flavours I miss, or struggle to source the right ingredients. On top of that, spending every weekend meal-prepping, cooking, and then cleaning up can feel like such a chore.

Eatping solves all of that for me. The meals are macro-friendly, well balanced, and genuinely tasty, without me having to think, plan, or compromise. It’s taken away so much stress and saved me so much time, while still helping me stay consistent with my fitness goals.

Honestly, Eat Ping has been a game-changer for me. The meals are calorie-balanced but still feel like proper food — freshly made by chefs, not bland “diet food” at all.

As a Nigerian, seasoning matters 😅 and they’ve got it perfectly seasoned. It’s flavourful, comforting, and if you want more heat you can easily add chilli flakes, but the base flavours are spot on.

I’ve genuinely been able to lose weight without feeling like I’m sacrificing taste, which is rare. The flexibility is amazing — it fits around real life, busy days, and changing routines.

The meals from Ping are genuinely the best I’ve had, and I’ve tried lots of different companies. The portions are generous, the food is always tasty, and every meal has been spot on. You can tell real care goes into the quality.

It’s great I have to say - I came from Huel as I got tired of it and just wanted real food that was far better for only a little bit more. Nick has been great through the journey as well, and super friendly. First week in, and looking forward to more.

As someone with a full-time job plus freelance gigs, I am often too exhausted to cook. Problem is, I don’t like British food—or most kinds of European food really, in spite of my own ancestry. This makes Eat Ping a great solution for me, as I am able to eat my favourite kinds of meals each night. They are good quality, in line with what I would expect from a takeaway. And I am able to get a good balance of carbs, protein, and vegetables. I also like the variety of Chinese, Korean, Thai, etc. options. My husband is happy with the service too, and has never disliked a meal. Would definitely recommend Eat Ping to anyone curious about it!

Packaging was really well put together and everything arrived unharmed. I’ve tried many other food prep services and so far this has been the tastiest.

Tasty meals, easy to heat up. Rice might be a little harder than what I prefer and veggie was a little over cooked. Just received my 2nd delivery and veggie wasn’t as overcooked this time. Could do with more veggie, photos online seem to have more veggie. And it would be great if the rice and meat/dishes could have a partition. It comes a little messy when delivered.

First week’s order chilli beef came with 2 blocks of beef fat/oil so after heating up the whole thing ended up soaking in grease. Ordered the same thing again this week to compare and thankfully it didn’t come with the block of oil/fat.
