I'll update this based on the next delivery:

Overall very good in terms of pricing, meal selection and portion sizes. There were a couple issues which I'll describe below, but overall my experience is positive.

The portion sizes were good, menu choices broad in terms of meal type, protein type and carbohydrate type etc. Overall the quality and flavour of the meals were good bar one or two which I'll describe below.

Overall the meals sit in a niche of not quite as decadent as a takeaway meal (but far better nutrition) whilst tasty enough that it's better than anything I could make at home without significant effort.

What really impressed me was the responsiveness to any issues raised. This really made a massive difference to my overall impression of EatPing.

They preemptively message via WhatsApp before delivery, so the dialogue is already open if any issues do arise, this removes any friction in having to report problems, they're also very quick to sort a solution.

The issues were:

Box was mishandled by the courier (not EatPing's fault) and it resulted in a number of damaged meals, these were added onto the following week for free.

A couple of meals were underweight on the stated protein amounts or had some poor quality cuts of meat. Again a quick image of the meals via WhatsApp and this was resolved in the form of free meals the following week.

What I really respect is the trust they place in the customer and they don't make you jump through multiple customer services hoops to resolve issues.

I'm more than happy to continue my subscription due to this and look forward to future deliveries.

Flavourless. Sold as authentic but British Chinese from a take away has more taste.

Was so looking forward to try these meals. I have tried 3 meals and only had one mouthful and had to bin them. They are not like the pictures that is for sure, not good Portions for the price, tasteless and the beff is not thin they are chunks. I have cancel my subscription will go back to last company I bought from

Super healthy and delicious

Really enjoyable food, tastes are great and stand out different from the other meal prep companies I have tried over the last year. Both my deliveries to date arrived right when they were supposed to, and the food inside was packaged well looks really appealing and still chilled. Portion sizing is spot on for me. Communication is quick and easy via WhatsApp too.

Great meal prep service. The food tastes yummy and is fresh. Delivery is always on time and the communication from the company is great.

I have tried a few ready to eat meals and so many taste bland and generic, almost like standard aeroplane food. However, Eat Ping is genuinely tasty and the recipes are diverse and authentic. Furthermore, they seem to tick all the nutrition boxes! Very happy with the service and the quality of the dishes. Highly recommended!!

delicious food tastes like real home cooking

The food is much tastier than other similar subscriptions I’ve tried. Super responsive on WhatsApp when I needed to make last minute changes to my order. I use the large sized meals with higher protein and they keep me full and unlike others I’ve tried, don’t need seasoning as they’re full of flavour!

The beef dan dan noodles were really tasty and super convenient. Would order again!🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Takeout from Chinese restautrants are often too oily though flavourful, but here at Eat Ping, I was so surprised that they really nailed it!! Especially for a gym girl like me, nothing beats an authentic asian taste with HUGE portion of proteins and CLEAN receipe (highly recommend the thai green curry salmon)! Defo gonna tell my friends to order tgt again!

My first time trying Eat Ping and it did not disappoint. I’ve tried other meal prep companies but this no doubt was the best I’ve had. Highly recommend if you’re looking for authentic Asian flavours!!

So far great experience. Compared to Simmer, Frive they are doing a better job. Love it so far.

Food is spicy and on point, reminds me of home, friendly customer service

I'm just eating my way through my 2nd delivery. I can agree with comments around after service, the service provided is very different and welcomed.. The food in my opinion is very tasty, just had the Honey Soy Chicken which was really nice. I'll be ordering again for sure and if I were you I'd try them out... I've previously used Simmer and I think these meals taste much better...I love Asian food anyway so will continue to use them & definitely recommend.

This was a last attempt at finding a ready-meal company, after having tried many others. The food taste and portions sizes are exactly what i was looking for, being both filling and nutritionally balanced (something difficult to find when trying to hit very high protein targets).

Incredible taste, and whilst on the slightly more expensive side - you definitely get what you pay for! Take other reviews with a pinch of salt on this matter, as someone who has been weighing ingredients for macro-tracking for some time, it is VERY easy to overestimate what a portion size “should” look like.

Delivery was also prompt, however a few of my meals were punctured under load, which isn’t the end of the world, i will likely just end up eating these first.

Nick (and the customer service in general) has been better than anything else i’ve seen in other companies, actively reaching out to ensure that deliveries arrive and ensuring everything was to my liking.

Overall, i’m glad i decided to take the leap, and i can see myself staying with Nick and the company for a good while.

Two weeks in and really enjoying the wide variety of tasty and healthy dishes so far - highly recommend
