Poor quality
I purchased directly from their website. Two of their cheese blocks arrived covered in mould. How disgusting. I Sent an email to their customer service with all the required information, photos, batch number etc and have not heard back in nearly a month. Mouldy cheese is bad but not acting to resolve the issue is just poor customer service. I note they do not allow reviews for their products on their website, and after reading forums and seeing how often this occurs, I understand why. I am thinking of giving the cathedral high protein cheese a try instead.
Great product and years of good service
Great product and I’ve been ordering for years and never once had any issues with delivery or product.
Long waiting time... customer service must be improved
Communication should definitely be improved. It shouldn't be the customer chasing his parcel but the other way around. Customer should be kept updated about the status of his order and the expected delivery date. Being left with no feedback whatsoever after having paid for an order, drive the customer to frustration, easily assuming to have fallen into a scam.
After 5 days from my order, since the Royal Mail tracking number assigned to it was still showing "not received yet into our system", i asked infos with a message to the customer service mail address. Customer Service phone number was never answered, always waiting music.
Within 24 hours i received a reply explaining the reason of the delay (some items not in stock) and an expected delivery date. A few days later, the same member of the staff, updated me with an additional mail, to make me aware of a further delay and a final delivery date.
I've got my delivery as for their final communication 11 days after the order.
Products were as expected, long BB date, in good shape. Plenty of packaging.
If placing a variegated order, be expected to wait for delivery.
No delivery update at all and wrong goods received
No delivery update at all. As this is a fridge product, I would expect a shipping notice. What I ordered is not what I received

Unfortunately I cant add photos to show the difference in what I ordered to what I received. Considering I spent £45 on cheese, they could have tried to get it right

I've messaged Customer Services, but who knows what will happen as I don't have much faith in the organisation at the moment. But, I'll update this if there's a proper resolution.
Such a shame, as the cheese is good, too. But, I recommend only buying from a supermarket - never from Eatlean, as things are at the moment.
13 days past best before cheese
This is the second order in a row where I’ve been sent a job lot of out of date cheese bars. Their site ‘guarantees’ a life of 30 days but says typically it’s good for 45-60 days. Mine is already 13 days out of date (with no warning, I didn’t knowingly buy old cheese and it wasn’t discounted) so I’m already at day 43. I know from experience of previous orders that it’s only 50/50 whether it’ll last more than a few days past 30.

But MUCH WORSE, once it arrived it's an incomplete order (with me heavily out of pocket). So, I paid for additional Trio Packs which haven't arrived, even though the invoice shows the quantity it should be. The most baffling is how few were sent - who would order that few?

Utter Shambles
Shambles. It is a shame that I am writing this review, as after trying the grated cheese from these guys, I was excited to learn of the wider range of products on their website, particularly the spreadable cheese and slices. I placed my order on the 31st July and I still have not received it. Customer service are slow at responding and it's truly unacceptable to delay dispatch of orders for this time. The social media team are better at replying, but unfortunately this has put me off the company all together and I will not be ordering again. I've emailed requesting a refund if they are unable to have my order with me ASAP, especially as they advertise a 24hr delivery.....
Poor customer service
My son has ordered from eatlean for a while now so I thought I would give it a go. Items arrived well packaged with my name on the box, however the products inside were not my order and there was an invoice for another customer. The items were not soomthing I would like, mostly smoked cheese. Now mistakes happen and I wouldn't have minded if they addressed this and corrected there error but I've emailed twice with no response at all. There is also no chat or telephone number for this company, having read some of the reviews I am completely put off and so is my son. I'll give it another day or so and claim the money back through my bank. Will not be ordering again.

I’ve shopped with eat lean online for years, the product is amazing for my nutrition and tastes good too. Unfortunately I’m done with them. There is nearly always a problem, missing items, mouldy cheese, and it takes an age to get sorted. My last order contained several packs of snack cheese and several packs contained at least one completely mouldy snack. I’ve e mailed 5 times and filled in the quality form but no one has bothered to reply. Yesterday I received 2 huge boxes in the post Each huge box contained 1 pack of snack cheeses. It would be funny if it wasn’t so bad. Reluctantly, I’m out.
Terribly incompetent company
Ordered a few times from this company and every time there's an issue. I've had the order take weeks despite paying for express delivery, I've had the wrong order arrive, I've received an order that I didn't order (that was free so that ones ok) I've had them dispatch on a Friday and it not turn up til Monday because they don't use a guaranteed 24hr service (royal mail tracked24) so it was inedible, and worst of all I've had 2 orders arrive with no cool blocks/ice packs inside which meant the products were inedible because they'd been out of refrigeration for over 24hrs.
The products are decent but I'll buy them from the supermarkets instead. The customer service is non-existent, I really don't know how they are still in business.

Royal Mail Have messed up and sent my 10 blocks of cheese to the wrong delivery office, They re routed it back to the original DO and its now sat a sheffield mail center awaiting to be transported to chesterfield delivery office, This cheese has been in transit 4 days now and there is no chance it will come today as its still at the sheffield mail center,
I have contacted Eatlean via email and through their website and it's as though they can't be arsed to help, i will await the arrival of my sweaty cheese then what, i can't return it as no one replies, Really unhelpful at Eatlean at Laurels Farm, well this will be my last order and will find an alternative.

Pascale contacted me on Monday 23/06/2025 was really helpful and said a new order would be shipped out to me well the replacements arrived 24/06/2025
Delay in contact from customer services but the replacement came the next day with a free bag of cheese bites.
Nothing to write home about
No one expects low fat cheese to have much flavour, but instead of just running with it they've tried to disguise the inherent blandness by cramming it full of salt. Also no good for grilling as it doesn't melt, it just hardens. OK for salads and sandwiches but not much else.
Good product, quick reply with one problem.
Love the bars and the grated cheese. Great taste and great macros.
There was a problem with one of the slices packages but they replied and refunded very quickly.

Worst Company I've Dealt With
I ordered from this incompetent company over 2 weeks ago. My order was apparently dispatched on the 8th of May. (12 days ago). Customer services finally stopped ignoring me a few days ago, promised it was lost and they'd reship it. Came back again and said no we'll send it next week now. Yesterday I was contacted and provided with a tracking number.
Guess what tracking number it was? Of course the exact same one I was provided with on the 8th and customer service won't reply again.
Don't order from this company unless you want to throw away your money and subsequently be ignored or lied to.
The cheeses are really good
The cheeses are really good, but the delivery management is one of the worst I’ve ever seen. This is the last time I’m buying from the website — it’s better to just get it at the store

Order was shipped on a Thursday and then delayed in transit so did not arrive until the Monday. Contacted customer services to explain that the goods had therefore arrived warm, and they promptly replaced everything that should have arrived cold. Cannot fault their service, was handled very quickly and professionally.
Truly delicious cheese
Truly delicious cheese, poor communications, terrible delivery service. So sad, I'm afraid we might lose them if they don't get better management.
