Writing on behalf of my Sister in Law. She paid her subscription but has not received any boxes. She is extremely disappointed as she is disabled and really looked forward to receiving her boxes. Her name is Beverly Gamble. Please either send her boxes or refund her money

Got an email saying they're reopened charged me in July have yet to get a box. Guess I'll have to cancel

Let me start off by saying that this isn’t my first order from EasyWhim. It’s my second, haha. Anyway, I can not take anything away from them on their quality. Their canvas is great. My complaint is that my last order was place on April 25th. So I’m going on 4 months with no delivery. On top of that, I can’t seem to get a response, to my emails, when I inquire about my order. It’s funny because it sure doesn’t take them long to take the money out of my bank account. Sadly, this will probably be the last time they get any of my money.

I got an email saying easy whim was back. They took money for July but haven't received my box . Can someone tell me how to cancel?

I used to love easywhim. Now they are just money grabbing thieves! Back in May I ordered a box off my account for a friend. They took my money but never received a box. Ok well got charged twice in July and still no box. And it's impossible to get a customer service phone number so guess my only option is to get a lawyer.

I'm only giving 1 star because I have to, but I've been a member for a long time. One day they just disappeared. They reopened and charged me and I have yet to receive a box. I'm cancelling TODAY. I can't even call. It just hangs up. I'm having my bank block anymore charges and signing up for a new company. They took my money and I get nothing. I blocked the charge for August. Let's see if I get a phone call saying I haven't made my payment. When that (if that happens.) I'm telling them how wrong they have done all their customers. I work HARD for my money and I can't believe they r taking it and giving nothing in return. I mean really. How can they sleep at night?

I had a subscription and absolutely loved it. Received my boxes on time, always. I received my April box, money was taken for my May box, but i never received it, I emailed them and haven't heard back. It still says my subscription is due to renew on 1st June. I went looking for another supplier of my subscription, and on their reviews, i read that easy whim have gone out of business. Makes sense that nothing had been received. You would think that they would email all their customers to notify them. I have now cancelled all my subscriptions with them.

Does anyone know what is going on with easy whim. Have tried to use there web site and can not. Have tried to contact them and get no response. They have always had great customer service. Ran out of drills on a painting and can not finish

I ordered a custom diamond painting from this company on April 22nd, 2022. I got a receipt and confirmation of order. It’s now almost late May, and I have not gotten any update on my order shipping and definitely have no received my order. Multiple attempts to contact the company have been ignored.

I contacted the company via their email, and received an auto reply from their Zen Desk instance (Zen Desk is a large company that offers help desk like services to company, it’s a very legitimate company so I was comforted when I saw a Zen Desk generated response, thinking the company must be legit if they are paying for Zen Desk). That response stated they would respond to me in 48-72 hours. That time frame passed and I got no response. I responded to the ticket, requesting an update, and more time passed and I never got a response.

I went to their website, to see if there was another Avenue to contact them, but their website is down, they have a message say they are updating their store and to check back. I have checked back every day and it has not reopened again.

During this whole time, I am not getting a response to my emails, but I am getting marketing emails from the company, which only adds to my frustration. How are they not responding to customers but can send me ad emails?

Since their website is not accessible, I found the company’s Facebook and it was last active with them making a post on April 27th, 2022 so I thought it may be a good way to contact them successfully. I sent the company a Facebook messenger message and it said they would respond in 12-24 hours. I never received a response. Checking through comments on their posts on Facebook I can see recent (in the last two weeks) comments from other customers wondering how to get in contact with the company about their orders, because they also are not getting their orders or a response. Luckily, I used PayPal to purchase, so a filed a dispute through them and was given a refund by PayPal. Do not give this company your money, if they ever do reopen their store.

Easywhim is the best. I ordered a custom painting of my dog over a year ago. I was just getting to it now. When I opened it itwas not right. I wrote and told them and they were so great about it. I resent my photo and they redid it for me at no extra charge.
Thats what I call GREAT customer service. You can't go wrong when ordering from Easywhim. Thank you so much :)

Horrible service. Paid for 2 diamond painting and as of yet package has NOT arrived. Contacted them via email for a refund and they don't offer refunds. Will never order from them again.
