We’ve had such a great experience with EasyTip, from the very beginning to the ongoing support. The setup was smooth and straightforward, and whenever we needed help, the team was always there for us.
A special thank you to Chai, who has been incredibly supportive, responsive, and always quick to help whenever we had a question or needed something sorted. Even while she was on vacation, she still took the time to answer me and help whenever I needed her!

EasyTip is super useful. Clients got used to it and appreciate that it gets straight to the staff. The staff loves it as they get the tips more frequently plus get the feedback from their clients. It’s also less of a headache for the salon so win win all around!

Excellent app Grant is amazing and very helpful.

Great service for digital tip sharing. Most of our customers don't carry cash, and cash tips were exceedingly poor despite excellent customer service from my team. We spoke to Grant who was exceedingly helpful and set us up with the EasyTip system. My managers love how the system works and makes it easy for them to divide up the tips fairly in minutes. We've been using this since April and it has generated 10x the amount of tips my staff used to receive in cash.

We have been working with Easytip Since November 2022. Of course at the very beginning there was a resistance from the team but one month into it everyone loved it and the team realized that they are getting more tips than their usual. As Easytip grew they added so many new features to make receiving tips much easier and all the employees were happy.

I want to give generously to the people who deserve it, but the qr code tipping system adds a 10% fee onto my tip - for what - the privilege of tipping? To me this is disgraceful. I loathe these qr payment points that profit for doing nothing. I would much rather give cash, but this is becoming harder and harder. Please can we make it easier to reward the right people - not pay-pm.easytip.net a fee for existing

Setup this up about a year ago. Still trying to get my funds out. Had lots of issues with staff leaving and don’t remember my conversation. The owner keeps telling me my card is incorrect. I have messaged him numerous times but ignores me. Don’t setup an account with this company it’s an obvious scam to accumulate money….!!
