So far so good- got it linked to phone and seems to be working -won’t know for definite till I go on holiday in Feb. Hopefully won’t need to use it!

The item with good quilting is very easy to connect to an Android mobile, and the support is excellent.

A mix up with the order was sorted immediately by Emily - 1st Rate 👍

Addendum: Everything has now turned out well. The delivery still did not arrive (presumably overloading the post due to Christmas), but now I quickly and unbureaucratically received back the amount. The staff was very nice and helpful.

I still did not receive the order which I placed weeks ago. No answer to my complaint. No refund of paymend as requested.

My tag thing stopped working. I tried to factory reset it but failed. If you go to Amazon to try and get a resolution after only a month they direct you to Easytag customer service (great...) What do you know a chap called Tom Pegram emailed me back within hours and sent me a walkthrough on how to reset it (deliberately fiddly for security reasons). Geat service

Had a problem connecting the easyTag device to my phone. I contacted customer service and they where very quick to get back to me. Emily was very helpful with information on how to reset the device. Its now connected. Its a great little device which slips into my wallet and gives me location and even location history. The the ability to get the device to ring is useful if you have just misplaced it at home.

I dealt with Tom Pegram regards my Easytag issue. He was consistantly helpful and proffesional. The issue was finally resolved following a series of messages and links which Tom sent via email.

I bought an easyTag.app and it wasn't working correctly so I contacted their support via WhatsApp and worked through troubleshooting which didn't work so got a replacement which is working fine now. Emily was responsive and efficient.

Quick and problem-solving. Don't find that too often...
