Besvarelse fra Easy Signs

Hi Peter,

Thank you for your time over the phone, to discuss your recent experience with us.

I can understand your frustration about the third party courier not delivering your order in a timely manner or within the quoted timeframes. However, you are happy with the full ordering process, quality of the products and the service received from us, Easy Signs.

We do sincerely apologise for this, this is beyond frustrating for us as well, as we work extremely hard on making sure we have our jobs completed on time and to be let down by our courier is the last thing we want.

As discussed, the signs have been delivered and can still be used and we have offered a partial refund back into your account.

In this instance, when such delays occur (as well as conflicting information being provided), it is feedback we take on board very seriously when assessing our continued relations with this courier.

For any future orders that are required urgently, you are welcome to organise a courier to collect the order from us.

I truely hope that this has not affected our relationship and hope that we can work together again.

If there is anything else I can assist you with, please let me know.

Kind Regards,
Monica LiRead more

Hi Nick,

Thanks for taking the time to give us a review :)

Sorry to hear that we couldn't offer what you needed here! We don't have the machine capability to print double sided on these at the moment but I will definitely chat to my manager to see if this is on the horizon.

As always, our customer service team is here to help you find the best product for your needs, so feel free to call us any time if you'd like to discuss our range and how best to meet your requirements.

Have a great day and let us know if we can help with anything at all.Read more

Hi Gary,

Thank you so much for taking my call today and for your valuable feedback.

I am so sorry to hear that the promotional emails we have been sending you have become a hindrance to you. This is definitely not our intention, however, we understand that this can get to be a bit much around this time of year.

As discussed, I have unsubscribed you from our promotional emails and you will not have to worry about these in the future :)

Once again, thank you for your feedback. It was a pleasure speaking with you and I am so glad to hear that you were happy with your vinyl banner.

We look forward to hearing from you in the future.

Kind Regards,
