Joke of a company, wanted to buy a shed £1400 pay on delivery, some clueless women not even from UK said no pay upfront trust me, a stranger lol then ceo is from Australia so can't get hold him, bad company do not trust these at all scam

Easy to choose the kind of Shed required, great you can build your own. Good website. Will write another review after delivery and installation.

The shed is good however, the service we received was poor for a number of reasons. The installation date was moved back twice, which meant delivery time was at least a fortnight after initially expected. Once it was processed I think received numerous calls in quick succession to try and take a payment (in the middle of the working day).

The more significant issue however, was the approach to taking the final payment - we opted to pay in two parts with the final payment taken on delivery. When the shed was installed, I asked and was told that there was nothing outstanding to pay, and presumed my partner had paid the balance. I was then hounded by 5 calls within an hour as it turned out that the final payment had not been taken. This occurred in the middle of working day and I wasn't able to take the calls and make payment immediately as I was in a work call. The installers were then sent back to my address and sat outside the property until I made the payment. The experience felt intimidating (I was a woman on her own, with two men sitting outside my house), particularly when the error had been on their part. I had no intention of not paying for the shed and am unclear why EasyShed couldn't invoice us (like every other service I've ever received!).

It's a shame because the rather threatening approach has significantly impacted how I feel about the company but the shed itself is fine!

User friendly website, lots of choice, everything well explained and easy to customise to what I want.

Great website, easy to ordered the exact shed you want from the size, layout, door width, shelf and so on. Easy to use customiser tool. Communication was great, although check your junk mail for emails! On the delivery day, the two men were amazing, they built the shed within the hour, didn't leave any mess and were professional throughout.

Quality of the shed is really great so I highly recommend Easy Shed.

Having seen 20 years service my old shed needed replacing and I found the ideal replacement in Beast Sheds. Their website and ordering service is easy to use and you can create your own bespoke shed very easily. Once ordered you then receive emails and phone calls to ensure the order is correct and to agree a delivery date, again all very easy and very friendly. On the day of delivery / installation the guys arrived on time and were very efficient and friendly, making sure the shed was to be sited exactly as I needed. The build took about an hour and they ensured I was happy before leaving. The quality of the shed is excellent and very well constructed. I would recommend this company very highly.

What a great experience this shed purchase has been. We were able to design the shed exactly to our specific requirements and easily get telephone advice about any queries. We mistakenly left something off our order, but it was immediately and painlessly amended. Communication was excellent and the delivery date established within days of placing the order. The exact time slot was then allocated. The delivery was on time and the two men efficiently and expertly erected it on the prepared location. They took extra care to ensure the roof was well secured due to the prevailing winds. It looks well made and attractive, fits our requirements exactly and is a welcome addition to our garden. I would definitely recommend this company.

We had a 20ftx30ft beastshed surplied with pvc windows with lineing for my out door office looks amazing in my garden great customer service the lads that fitted they knew what they was doing will post some pictures once I've had it plastered and insulated and electrics done

Two workman arrived on the 13th January 2023. The time slot was 11.30 - 12.30, they arrived at 13.15. The shed was put up with efficiency. The two workman were pleasant. Once the shed was erected, someone from the office called and the rest of the money for the shed was paid.
I would be happy to recommend Easy sheds LTD as the shed was erected correctly and in the correct location.
