It is obviously impossible for us to cut a custom size off of a full roll and send it on a roll, we even write it in big bold red text on the product page to avoid any confusion.
If you have any special requests when placing an order with us either write this in the notes section at checkout or give us a call before placing the order.

Delivery issues from leaving their end
Website states next day delivery when ordered before 12 (was told we say 6 days due to couriers. Stated couriers means it’s left your end)
Didn’t arrive next day so called to be told it hadnt left their end yet but will be with me tomorrow
Called again the following day and guess what still not left their end.
So gave up requested refund and went and purchased it the same day!!!
Would not recommend this company

We are disappointed to receive this review, as we feel it does not accurately reflect the situation.
As stated on our delivery information, which has to be agreed to at checkout befor ean order can be place, our standard dispatch timeframe is 1-3 working days. While we aim for same-day dispatch on early orders, it is not guaranteed, especially during busy periods.
You placed your order on the 8th and cancelled it on the 10th, which was the third working day. If you had called us prior to placing the order we may have been able to prioritise this for you.
Furthermore, we have a zero-tolerance policy for rude behavior toward our staff.
Product was fine but delivery service was slow , unreliable and very expensive.
Product was fine but purchase was slow to dispatch and even longer to deliver (7 days) and the product was essential for progress on a project. Website could be slicker.
Delivery was very incredibly expensive for a lightweight product and took a week to arrive (and then was cancelled on day of arrival) . When it did arrive, it wasn’t even by the contracted courier but had been subbed out to white van man ( who was very polite and courteous and perhaps the best thing from the experience). Not impressed I’m afraid.
Update: I did hear back from Easymerchant who explained that I agreed to a 6day delivery time when the item was purchased. That may be so but info is not obvious at purchase and there is no indication of delivery times at checkout as most modern and convenient websites would do. That said, the point is that in the competitive web based marketplace, I would still contend that a week falls short of current expectation unless it is explicitly made clear at check out. Given the amount paid for delivery £20 (for a light weight plastic item) by DHL, I would expect 1-3 days.

Apologies for the delay with your order.
We ask for 6 working days for delivery on our delivery inforamtion page, that has to be agreed to at checkout, just in case of delays with the courier.
You placed your order on the Saturday the 5th, making Monday 7th the first working day.
Unfortunatley there was a delay with the courier and your order was delivered on Friday 11th, the 5th working day. Within the time agreed to at checkout.
If you are ever in a hurry for an order to be delivered please give us a call.
Edit: There is a checkbox at checkout that you have to click to say you have read, understand and agree to our delivery infromation and terms and conditions before it will allow you to place the order.
The carriage charges are what we get charged by the courier, and most of the time it isn't enough, as it is based on volume not weight, so although the pipe is very light the charge is based on the volume it takes up in the van.

Really impressed with Easy Merchant
Really impressed with Easy Merchant. There was unfortunately a delay with my order due to an issue with DHL, which was completely outside of Easy Merchant’s control. Their account manager was excellent throughout and personally liaised with DHL to track down the missing shipment and get it moving again.
Despite the issue affecting a number of customers, they kept me updated and did everything they could to resolve it. These things happen, but it’s how a company deals with them that matters, and Easy Merchant handled it very well. Would definitely use them again.

Incredibly slow delivery times
They say they have speedy delivery and exceptional customer service; I'd argue both are false.
We ordered something we needed for a job and contacted them to get an update. When we spoke to them, they explained it had not been shipped. We then ordered from another company with quicker delivery and phoned EasyMerchant to cancel the order. We were then told this was impossible as it had already been shipped. This was strange as we were told on the last call it hadn't been shipped.
In the end, it was 6 days after being told it was shipped before we even got our order. Clearly far too late for the job we needed the product for.
I'd definitely not recommend them at all.

I sincerely apologise for the delay and the impact this is having on your work.
To clarify our standard timeframes, we ask for 1–3 working days for dispatch and up to 6 working days overall to account for any courier delays. This is outlined on our delivery information page, which is agreed to at checkout.
Your order was placed on 26 August at 14:03 (past our same-day cut-off) and was dispatched on 28 August, which was the second working day. With the recent Bank Holiday, today is the fourth working day of your order timeline.
When you called on Friday to let us know it was urgent, we immediately cut your item from the full roll and dispatched it. Unfortunately, when you called back later that afternoon to cancel, the order was already in transit to the depot. Because this item was cut to a custom size, it is a bespoke, non-refundable product, which meant we were unable to process a cancellation at that stage.
For any urgent orders in the future, please do call us first so we can give you a precise delivery estimate or prioritise your dispatch.
Please also note our policy regarding site work, as stated on our delivery page: "We would strongly recommend waiting until your goods have arrived and been inspected... EasyMerchant cannot be held liable for any costs for workers or equipment on site due to late / missing / incorrect / damaged deliveries sent."
Great idea, but delivery could be improved!
Great idea, I only required a small amount and didn’t want the wastage of a larger quantity. Unfortunately they choose to use DHL for deliveries and charge over £20 for it - Please make sure you read all the disclaimers before ordering and don’t expect to receive anything for week!
