Please allow us to clarify the following points regarding your experience:
Our leverage is fixed on all our platforms during news events and does not change based on News releases.
Your suggestion that it is reduced on high impact news events is grossly inaccurate and misleading.
The 1:2000 leverage you mention is offered exclusively on MT5 and only for certain forex pairs. Additionally, there is dynamic leverage on MT5 only based on the volume traded, not on market conditions or news events.

Você já foi informado(a) de que seus padrões de negociação violaram os Termos e Condições do Contrato do Cliente, os quais você confirmou ter aceitado ao registrar sua conta de negociação conosco.
Isso se aplica tanto à negociação manual quanto ao uso de um EA (Expert Advisor), como no seu caso, pois negociar é negociar, independentemente do método utilizado.
Permitimos todos os EAs e seu gerente de conta o(a) informou corretamente. No entanto, se violarem nossas Condições de Negociação, medidas serão tomadas.
Veja abaixo os termos e condições que foram violados, descritos na seção “Atividades Não Autorizadas”, páginas 19 a 21, seção 10 do Contrato do Cliente, disponível em nossa PÁGINA DE AVISOS LEGAIS:
b. Arbitragem: Arbitragem descreve qualquer resultado de negociação que seja consequência de ações que eliminam o risco total ou significativamente, geralmente por meio do abuso de recursos fornecidos pela Empresa.

I m very disappointed with easyMarkets.
When I opened the account with easyMarkets, they confirmed that I will recieve a $175 deposit bonus as well as 1 month subscription on TradingView Premium.
This never happened after I deposited $250.
After sending various emails and engaging their WhatsApp line, I was told that my account manager would be contacting me.
However he did not make contact.
Another gentleman contacted me , but by then it was too late. As I had already lost trust in the Broker.
If they cannot look after me with such a small request, what confidence do I have that they will look after me when I am a seven figure trader?

We're very sorry to read you have not had the experience you come to expect from an established broker and we wish to assist you further to understand the situation.
Between 04/03 and 19/03/2026 we attempted to call you no fewer than 11 times when you either hung up or left the call unanswered.
You later activated your account on the 17/03.
Please note that bonuses are discretionary and can only be given once a relationship has been established between the client and the account manager and not until the terms of the bonus have been outlined to you.
Your request for a bonus came via a Livechat session on the 18/03 and you asked for a call back. We did call you on the 19/03 to discuss the bonus terms and at this point would have given you the token for Tradingview. However, you did not answer the call.
As you pointed out in this review, you did speak later on the 19/03 by which time you say "but by then it was too late".

This broker has seriously messed up…
This broker has seriously messed up with this new client agreement.
They’ve basically written a contract that gives them full control over everything. They can cancel trades if they decide prices were “incorrect”, restrict or close your account without clear justification, and even label profitable strategies like arbitrage, latency trading, or certain EA usage as “unauthorized” and void your profits.
On top of that, they act as the counterparty to your trades (dealing desk), which creates a clear conflict of interest — your profit is their loss.
There are also clauses allowing them to change fees, widen spreads, disable trading, or close positions during “market disruptions” entirely at their discretion.
This isn’t about normal risk management anymore — it’s about protecting the broker at the expense of the trader.
Be very careful trading with terms like these.

I have been using easymarkets for around a year for trading indices and cryptos, Their android app is easy to use, fast and works well, and they update the app frequently. The nice thing about easymarkets is their margin requirement is significantly lower than other providers I used. This can potentially make you more money with the same capital. Their customer service is incredible and easy to get hold off, no waiting 30 mins to speak to someone. Usually you speak to someone within a minute or less.
I recently tried a withdrawal for the first time and ran into into an issue that it was delayed as their backoffice department needed more details and it seemed they were very busy. Spoke to Malak in customer service, and straight away he assured me he would resolve it quickly for me. Wow within a few minutes the withdrawal was complete. Malak you are a star thank you so much for resolving my issue and so quickly. I highly recommend EasyMarkets, their customer service really looks after you.

Recently I attempted to change my password but my difficulty was with the information given via customer services. Agent explained how to go about the process. Agent said go to My account>my profile>primary info change password. I'm using my android phone but when I'm inside the account that area or window that allow you to click > my profile isn't giving me access to click > my profile. It's just not pulling down at all.
