I really have good experience with this complany. The staff is very helpful and supportive. Mohit and lovely did a great job. They secure the my furniture with good care. I definitely recommend these peolpe when i need any type of help regarding house moving.

The movers were careful and very polite. They put everything where I wanted it to go in our new house. I would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for a removal company.

This is the worst move I have ever had in my life and now the company and manager refuse to call me back or refund me for the £4000 in damages to my items. As the photos show, they just slammed all of my boxes on top of each other, breaking things in many of them, they lost the leg to my cast iron lounger, they broke two legs off of my antique armoir which ended up falling over and smashing glass everywhere, they dented both of my dining room chairs, they had nicks out of many of my antiques, my mattress was covered in dirt because clearly they didn't wrap it - luckily it had a cover on it which even bleaching and washing couldn't get all of the dirt out of. And their response was to give me a small discount. I have called them dozens of times, filed a claim, presented every single receipt and have had to get to the point of hiring a solicitor to manage this situation as they refuse to call me back. Their "customer service" is clearly AI and when a manager first called me, he said he would speak to the men who did the move and call me back straight away. Which he never did. They seem to be relying on me just forgetting about this but there is no way I'm just letting them get away with breaking so many items, losing items and not refunding me the full cost of the move. Their argument is going to be that I didn't file a claim within 24 hours. I WAS MOVING, I didn't have time to open every single box in one day while I was still clearing out of my previous apartment. They kept pressuring me to pay the balance, which I never should have done as I believe this company is actually a fake, scam company who has no experience. They didn't wrap any of the items in blankets, they bent my lamps, I mean the list goes on and on and the photos speak for themselves. This company needs to be held accountable and apparently the only way to do so is to sue them, which is the next step.

From start to finish excellent. Communication was via watsap and a brief phone call as I wanted to hear a voice on the end of the phone. I was asked to supply photos and accurate information about pick up and drop of addresses. I believe the more information you can give the better the outcome.
A price was agreed and deposit paid.
On the day of delivery, two guys loaded the van taking great care of a very special piece of furniture and othe large items ,sofa, large fridge freezer etc
At the other end ,slough to hereford ,unloading was great. All items including a heavy wardrobecand two mattresses were carefully taken upstairs.
After a coffee and a slice of cake the job was done.
Kind and thoughtful both with our furniture and emotions.

The team at Easyhousemovers were fantastic. Punctual, communicative and flexible. We had some last minute amendments as is always the case with a move, and they were receptive and incredibly helpful. I always felt that my belongings were in safe hands.

They transported some particularly expensive technical equipment with care and professionalism.

Recommend. They clearly care for their customers and want to protect your belongings. They also know the stress a move brings, and navigate it with ease.

Communication was excellent from the very first message sent, and all the way through before our move. We had to make a couple of changes to the inventory aswell, but it was no trouble. The guys who came were very efficient and worked quickly and carefully. The payment process was also very easy. Will definitely use this company again.
