I really enjoyed and appreciated and satisfied with my bedroom set, it has been 3 years now and it is in good condition.

But my second order for my daughter room bed flame is not good at all I need replacement please.

No one called me to tell me I did not qualify for the program where I can pick some items we need and EasyHome pays and leases those items to me. It would have been nice to know what's going on.

I am beyond disgusted with the employee at this easyhome location. My niece is currently in the ICU on a breathing apparatus, fighting for her life. Despite being fully aware of her critical condition and her status as a person with a disability, this office has been relentlessly harassing our family.
The predatory nature of this business is appalling. They sold her an insurance policy knowing she was on disability, only to later admit they aren't sure it will even cover her payments while she is hospitalized. When I questioned the $300 monthly charge—which includes this mandatory insurance—an employee told me that, based on their experience with other customers, the insurance would likely be denied anyway.
The lack of internal communication and basic human decency is shocking. An employee has been calling me incessantly, even asking if I’ve "spoken" to my niece in the ICU, despite the fact that she is on a ventilator. This same employee ignored a prior agreement I made with the supervisor to cease these calls, claiming she didn't know what was said because the supervisor wasn't in. Furthermore, she claimed she has the right to "check into" my niece’s bank account daily to see if funds are available.
It is heartless to prioritize collections over a human life. This location is predatory, disorganized, and lacks any semblance of empathy. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this business at all costs.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Been dealing with them for a long time and never had an issue. They always work with you. I recommend visiting Easy Home on Simcoe St in Oshawa far all your rental needs. Blair and staff are the best.....
