I was a bit disappointed when I received the product and what the original cost would have been for the size of the actual product. Your pictures with it set on a dining table was very deceiving. It was so much larger in the picture. It would definitely look lost on my dining table. Also, I didn’t realize it was being shipped from France. I received periodic notifications along the way. I was expecting a large box, instead it was a flat little package. Very deceiving advertising!!!! A flat wooden piece, pretty, but should not cost that much!!! I would have never paid the original cost of about $51.00+and even the sale price of $26.00+. It doesn’t seem right for a 7” tall wooden piece with a little stand for it to be inserted in to stand upright. In one picture also on that same page, pictured a lady’s hand holding the pitcher handle. Is it also a flat piece with a stand? Disappointed for paying the cost of this item!!! You need to post more descriptive information regarding your products.

stay away scam scam scam order 3 shirts gave me a false tracking number took 2 months to get delivered that I never got asked for refund cause I never got items won't respond now will report to bbb.

I ordered a hat back in Sept 2025 from this company and still don’t have it. It’s now Dec 20, 2025. I emailed numerous times and still don’t have nor did they reply. Will be going back to my bank and telling them they are fraudulent. This is a scam.

Absolutely enjoyed this purchase. The intricate design caught my eye instantly. High-quality materials give it a durable feel. The price seemed a bit above average, but the detail and craftsmanship justify it. Wonderful addition to holiday decor. Had lots of fun assembling it!

Product is cheap cheap cheap looking and pieces fall off all the time with slightest movement plus it took 2 months to ship to me.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Ordered in mid May and after numerous emails of them telling me to be patient, and them resending the order, I finally got the flowers mid August. They fell apart as I removed the packaging. Asked for a refund and they offered me an insulting $2.

Been waiting since the beginning of May (and its now August 21) for my order and have messaged them numerous times only to have them say the same damn thing that the carrier says its in transit. Well if it was coming from China it would have been here by now or even the moon but still nothing. I am beyond angry with this company and they just keep saying the same damn thing.

Ordered spring/summer artificial flowers in May and started contacting them every other week since June … July started asking for a refund and was told they can’t refund because they were shipped and to be patient lol BUT in August they give me a whole new tracking number and obviously a replacement was being shipped … Terrible customer service and still no flowers NEVER AGAIN

Waited 2 months for these artificial flowers. When I finally contacted Paypal (paid thru them) they got involved and I received my order in a week. When I opened the package and took out the flowers, they all started falling off the leaves. The worst product I have ever ordered. Paypal still working on this for me. Do not order from them. Wish I had reviewed this company before I made the purchase.

Same as the other reviews. Ordered in May and it's August 8 and still nothing. I'm very disgusted with this company.

Not even ONE star but it requires that to respond. NEVER order from this company. I placed an order on May 19 and just received it in August. Not acceptable! Lousy product too… quality of $Tree! Will probably NEVER receive my refund of $35.

This is totally a scam. I have been waiting for months for my order and at first they were tracking the order as of June 2nd it was supposed to be in St Louis I still have not received it and when I correspond they give me an excuse every time and won't let me cancel the order

Yep. Same. Ordered in May. Tracking said it was on its way via Germany. Then I got my credit card bill. It was $13 more than I agreed to pay. I wrote them a note and they refunded me the difference saying there was computer glitch. Yea right! Then it took until August to get the flowers and they are so cheap and chintzy that I expect them to last about a week out in my hanging pots. In fact a lot of flowers fell off even putting them in the baskets. A hot glued a few but even that was kind of weird. Totally a bad experience and sorry I fell for such a scam. I didn't look at the reviews until after I ordered duh.

I ordered silk flowers in May. Here we are, 1st week of Aug and still no flowers. I’ve contacted them numerous times via email and get the same response. It’s on the way! I’ve requested a refund to no avail. What other recourse can a person take with scammers like this?

After 3 months a received 2 sorry looking silk flower sprays that I paid over $16 each for. I could have bought them e anywhere for 5, I am leery about ordering anything else I see advertised on facebook. So embarrassed I got took.

I ordered these first week of June and still have not received them. This company sucks! It’s a fraud company!!!!

I can only repeat the same complaints already listed. Ordered in May 2024 and still nothing. Always the same response -
"Thank you for your reply.
The freight forwarder confirms that your order is still in transit.
The system has not updated the latest shipping information.
We have urged them to update it.
If we receive an update on your logistics, we will give you feedback.
Sorry for the inconvenience"

I received the item, it was a piece of 💩. Even so cheap it came apart in pieces in the shipping bag. I ended up putting it in the trash. Do not waste your time with this company.

This company appears to be fraudulent and I don’t know why Facebook allows them to continue advertising based on all the negative reviews.
I placed an order in May and after many inquiries and unsatisfactory responses I still don’t have my order and they say I can’t get my money back since it’s shipped..it’s almost August and I don’t have it.
The flowers finally arrived today (July 27th) and they are garbage, they look nothing like the picture in the ad!

After replying to them a few times, parcel is still outstanding. Tracking is not right either. Worst Business I ever dealt with. Probably a Scam. I but it on Facebook to be very careful when dealing with them. I will not rest till I get my money back or my order. Keep you posted on Facebook.
