Great service
Our driver was waiting for us at the airport even after our flight was delayed several hours.
Great communication with EasyCana. The drivers only spoke Spanish which was a bit challenging but we made it work. We appreciated the service so much we used them again for the flight home.

As soon as we detected your multi-hour delay, we adjusted the schedule and coordinated directly with your driver to ensure they arrived exactly when you landed. Reliability and proactive communication are at the core of what we do!
Regarding the language, we appreciate your patience! While we have many English-speaking drivers on our team, some of our drivers are currently in the process of learning English. We are so happy to hear that, despite the language gap, you felt well-taken care of and decided to use us again.

Recientemente hice el tour compartido desde Bayahíbe hasta Santo Domingo y la pasé genial. La organización de la compañía fue impecable: la puntualidad, el transporte cómodo y el guía que nos asignaron hizo que todo el viaje fuera muy ameno e informativo.
Lo que más valoro es que lograron mostrar lo más importante de la capital en un solo día, sin prisas pero sin tiempo muerto. Fue una inversión muy acertada para conocer la historia y cultura de República Dominicana sin complicaciones.

I have only positive things to say. The process for the reservation was very easy. A mistake I made during reservation was resolved very quickly with a message.
As I turned on my phone at the airport I had a message from the driver telling me that he was there as he was following the flight number. He was very kind, professional and drove us safely to our hotel. I would certainly use EasyCana again in the future.
