Avoid this store at all costs!!
My experience ordering bathroom flooring from here has been nothing short of a complete disaster. What should have been a simple purchase turned into over three weeks of delays, constant chasing, and shockingly poor customer service.

I was initially told the flooring was in stock and would arrive within two days. It didn’t. From that point on, I had to repeatedly call for updates as no one ever followed up as promised. On one occasion, I was even told by a staff member that I should be “grateful” he had tried to help, as it “wasn’t his job.” Completely unacceptable.

When the flooring finally arrived, it was damaged, chipped and uneven, clearly not fit for purpose. Replacements were ordered, but again delays, mistakes, and a total lack of communication followed. Staff failed to pass on basic information, ignored concerns in-store, and showed no accountability whatsoever.

Even the manager was dismissive and unhelpful, and I was left being told to “not hold my breath” regarding deliveries. I was also incorrectly advised to chase the courier myself, only to find they couldn’t help because the store hadn’t even provided my contact details with the order.

In the end, I had to push hard just to get a refund for faulty goods, something I am legally entitled to.

This was an incredibly frustrating, time-consuming experience with zero customer care and no sense of responsibility from staff at any level. I would strongly advise others to avoid this store unless you want to deal with delays, damaged products, and being treated like an inconvenience.
Absolutely unacceptable from start to finish.

There is a good range of products and we were able to buy the things we needed to fit with products we already had. The staff facilitated this with out issue!

Brilliant staff, all very helpful everything arrived with no damage. Great service.

What an absolute delight Kenny was ! We walked in with no clue what we were looking for other than a colour scheme, this guy come along and basically designed our dream bathroom to a T 🥰 No pushing, no pressure, no hassle. Such a massive weight lifted and made our shopping trip such a satisfying experience! Highly recommend ! 5* experience and 5* review from us ! Thank you so much!

This is the third bathroom /en-suite we have had completed in 14months.

Easy Bathrooms offer a broad range of quality products , excellently displayed in their store at Westwood Cross Broadstairs .

Our first bathroom refurb was designed with Kenny at Easy Bathrooms , the choice of products inspired by their bathroom displays in the store aided with knowledgable advice and guidance from Kenny.

We were lucky enough to find an excellent installer Finley Bedale - Timeless Installations.

The bathroom was finished on time , in budget and to a very high standard .

Having had such a positive outcome we simply repeated the same process for en-suite 1 & 2 , maintaining continuity with Kenny supported by Finn at Easy Bathrooms , and with Finley Timeless Installations for the installations.

The last one was finished this week

As in all projects we encountered a few unforeseen snags, however we are happy to say both Easy Bathrooms and Timeless Installations are focused on resolving these to the customers complete satisfaction.

All three bathrooms were finished on time , within budget and to a very high standard.

Great experience - amazing service from the design team who helped bring my vision to life. Highly recommend using Easy Bathrooms as you can either use their online tool to picture their fixtures, fittings and tiles in your room, or alternatively they will do the design work for you, at no cost. I really liked the tie in with local businesses as well - made the whole process so much easier. The experience continued in store, where I was able to sit directly with Kenny and the team to "vision board" a montage of tiles and furniture, until I found the mix that worked for me. Kenny's help was especially valuable as I was renovating a property from overseas and not frequently in the area.

Beautiful quality bathroom furniture at very competitive prices. Excellent value for the quality of the items. The staff were incredibly helpful and very thorough.

Good quality products. The staff in the shop were eficient and friendly. A screw part was missing from a pack and the gentleman on the phone sorted it promptly. The missing part will be sent to me ASAP

I purchased all the materials for my bathroom renovation from the Wastewood showroom in Broadstairs and had a great experience. The customer service was excellent, and the staff were very knowledgeable. They helped me choose the right products and saved me a lot of money. Thank you very much—especially to Kelly and all the staff. I 100% recommend this showroom. 👍🏻

Easy bathrooms were very helpful and keen to satisfy our requests and answer any questions. Changes in our order were accommodated without any issues and quoted delivery schedules adhere to.

From start to finish our experience has been nothing but fantastic! My partner and I had already designed our bathroom so we went over to the Westwood cross store to order everything. We had the pleasure of ordering through Lee who loved our ideas and also advised us on items we had missed out which was a great help the toilet we had chosen was out of stock but we worked with Lee to find an alternative.
Delivery was very fast and efficient curb side as stated so my partner and I moved everything in the house, no damage, all there no problems.
Using our own builder he was impressed with the quality of bathroom we had ordered. As we ordered this ourselves and not being professionals we had miss counted on tiles and miss a couple of other things out that our builder informed us of but no problem we went back over to Westwood cross and worked with Kenny as Lee wasn’t available. Kenny was also great to work with got us everything we needed and even managed to source some items that we out of stock at the warehouse from another store whilst he was on a training course up county bringing them back down to store with him!
We had a small chip in the shower tray which couldn’t be seen until my builder got it out for the very secure packaging. I emailed over pictures of the damage and within 5minutes Lee called telling me he had ordered me a new one and it would be there Monday (this was Friday) fantastic service!
My bathroom is now complete and the whole process was fantastic and where there were problems Lee and Kenny went above and beyond to rectify the issue and did so effectively every time. I would recommend the Thanet team to anyone I can not fault them in anyway. Cheers guys!

I would like to update this review. Easy Bathrooms took the time to flag this review as “defamatory” but still have not spent any more time dealing with my valid complaint. I think this tells you even more about what kind of company this is. I am pleased that Trust Pilot disagreed with Easy Bathrooms after investigating and put my review back online. This company prefers to censor their bad reviews rather than responding constructively.

I am considering taking them to the small claims court since they have closed a complaint I made after a single email reply to me. In my case they delivered a cheaper tile without rectified edges, telling me they had made a “marketing error”. They admitted their mistake but stated it wouldn’t impact install. This is objectively false since the tiles required trim, which had aesthetic and budget consequences.
I used a trader who works with easy bathroom all the time and so was more hands off as a result. If you work with them, check every detail and don’t expect fair customer service with any issues that arise. I would not have left a review but they sent me an email asking to share my experience, whilst ignoring my final request for partial refund due to their mistake. Again, they admitted their mistake and even thanked me for drawing attention to their “marketing error”.

Further update: Easy Bathrooms have noticed that this review has been getting quite a lot of reach and have finally decided to comment as a result. I observe that this is only because of the reach of my bad review, and not due to the original complaint. They firstly tried to just get my review taken down by Trustpilot. This “we’re a reasonable company and take complaints seriously” tactic came secondary and more than 6 weeks after I opened the case, I find that indicative of the culture at the company.

Great service and very helpful staff

At the end of October 2025 we received our order for a new disability bathroom we had spent months planning with the team.
The showroom team sold us the dream that it would be amazing and easy to deal with them.
The showroom team did a fantastic job in designing a disability bathroom not to look clinical. Which is hard!

However, since delivery nothing about this company has been easy!
We are on the 6th December and still do not have a complete delivered bathroom with products that are fit for purpose.

They lost items in the warehouse and refused to send out new ones until they investigated what had happened.

Sent out broken shower trays 3 times.
Wrong shower door.
Misprinted tiles.
Missing traps.
Broken toilet.
Refused to refund returned items.
Lied to us about delivery attempts, or items that had been dispatched but hadn’t, then had.
At one point I had the manager on the phone to me from the delivery team telling me she was looking at the item and was trying to book in the delivery while the courier was also at my front door trying to deliver the item, after she told me we can’t courier it because it was high value! She was adamant it was not the item we were waiting on, so we refused it. Then later got told by the store it was the item we had been waiting weeks for!
The list goes on…

We are currently nearly £6000 out of pocket due to the extra costs this company has cost us in hotel fees, costs to our fitter and refunds owed for items returned but refusing too refund us for.

They have left a disabled person unable to live in their home since 28th October due to the incompetence, lies, and poor quality items!

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
I cannot put into words how much stress and heartbreak this has caused! It’s only a bathroom, however a home can’t function without one.

They also ignored the first complaint I put in and as of yesterday we still don’t have all the items for us to have a functional safe bathroom!

Ordered tiles beginning of month. Less than one week before installation emailed me saying they was out of stock.
After coming up with a compromise tile the delivery was delayed by 4 days.
On delivery day after requesting a call before attempted delivery which never happened, the courier just left it on the side of the road. That was on top of the £65 delivery fee. Shambles

Staff at Easy Bathrooms Westwood Cross are an easy and well deserved 5 stars. Thank you guys!
The rest of it - from inflated prices for pretty but poor quality products, misleading CAD design that ends up costing you more money, ineffective head office customer service agents who are incapable of answering simple questions, pointless furniture guarantee, and a culture written into the Ts and Cs that will blame you or your installer for every issue, no stars at all.
The only recommendation I can make is that you have a lovely chat with the lovely staff and then leave without buying anything. Plenty of alternative suppliers out there - use them!

The member of staff we dealt with at Broadstairs store although being very pleasant and helpful made a fundamental mistake- he ordered the wrong tiles for us. Despite the tiles being changed to the correct ones Easybathrooms still refuse to cover the extra expense incurred to pay our tiler for his wasted time. Much emphasis is put on the customers duty to check the order is made correctly but isn’t that why we go in to a store and put our trust in the sales person instead of ordering goods for a fraction of the price online ? I feel really let down and annoyed by the responses from Customer Services with their faux sympathy and understanding. Thanks to the incompetence of one of their sales team I am now £150 worse off. Despite the need for many more tiles in our house renovation I would never return my custom to Easybathrooms.
