Firstly let me say Lee in the showroom was superb. Couldn't have asked for more.
The main issue i had was with the customer service people when an issue arrived. One of the cabinets was damaged on the underside where it was screwed together. This was not a defect that happened in transit it was an obvious error that had happened during its construction was plainly obvious and should have been discarded. I supplied photos but had little choice but to have it fitted to prevent paying the installer to stop work and wait for a replacement. I thought at the time I was saving both you and me money by not holding up the installation. I asked for a small in store voucher as compensation but was denied. On completion of our bathroom I returned a few items not required and was promised a refund as it was within 30 days. Not only did i get charged a £30 return fee ( would have thought this could have been negated as a good will gesture) i have still not received any money back 6 days later.

So today 16th June after speaking with customer services the issues that I had have been resolved. Big shout out to Dawn and Hannah for your swift actions to restore my faith in Easy bathrooms.
The only issue I had was it took a negative review to prompt such actions however I am truly grateful for the outcome.

The manager Dawn Jay is very unhelpful, passing the responsibility to the owner to deal with the installer who was recommended by them. The installer doesn't know how to install the toilet seat, water tap, sealant and storage door.

Dawn expect the buyer to bare the additional cost to resolve the snagging item ‼️

I needed a new toilet for our new bungalow , we had looked around at other places , but we found that easy bathrooms was the best place to get it , the staff were very friendly , helpful and happy , the whole experience was great , we ordered it , and paid for it , and it was delivered on the day that we wanted , full marks too all concerned 😁👍 .

Appaling customer service, had nothing but trouble from day one of instalation. Not enough tiles sent, measured my bathroom wrong so shower screen was to big, the shower unit they suggested was faulty on delivery, parts did not fix this issue, enginer sent out and the product was not fit for purpose. I now have electric cables on the outside of my home as the bathroom was prepped for original unit. Bathroom took 4 weeks to install instead of 7 days. Offered a pitful refund which two weeks later has still not been refunded to my account. I've had to pay extra for tiles, extra to get the engineer out as you couldn't sort it, and extra for the fitting of my new shower unit, which I had to purchase as the new one you were providing and promised never arrived. I could of insisted that my bathroom was taken apart and reinstalled correctly avoiding electrics running around the exterior of my property, however I need a working bathroom.For a company who only deals with bathrooms my experience has been nothing but horrendous, and being told I should of known that I didn't have enough tiles by your service team is ridiculous. You are a bathroom company, I employed your services to make sure I didn't have these issues

I had no idea where to start when designing and planning a new bathroom. I made an appointment with Dawn and she guided me through the whole process offering me advice on ideas and styles and the options available for my small bathroom. Highly recommended.

I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Easy Bathrooms for my en suite fitting. I was assured that a project manager would be overseeing the work, but that turned out to be a complete lie. Instead, we were left without any clear point of contact. The room was measured incorrectly, and no bathroom surveyor followed up, which resulted in a poorly fitting wash hand basin. To add insult to injury, we were left with chipped tiles that were never addressed. When the area manager visited, he lied to my face and then ghosted me. I’ve also been ignored by a second regional director for the past six weeks. The lack of communication and professionalism has been absolutely hopeless. I am extremely unhappy and would not recommend this company to anyone.

Store team really helpful and friendly. I wanted to buy a vertical radiator they explained what I should consider when buying and helped me chose the appropriate type. Also the one chosen was on Sale which made the purchase even more satisfying.

Two grumpy men who didn’t smile once when I bought some grout, even though I had bought an expensive shower unit from them a couple of months before. The shower unit was a nightmare - poor instructions, missing parts, billing issues and a lot of wasted time. One senior employee rescued the situation and without her, this review would be one star. Avoid this company as it by no means is “Easy Bathrooms”.

Just purchased everything for a cloakroom refurb from easy bathrooms in Thetford.

Knowledgeable and very helpful salesman.
We found exactly what we wanted and our taps arrived exactly when we were told it would.

Dawn visited our home,we said what we wanted,Dawn told us what was possible also explained exactly what we where getting, gave us a quotation which we excepted,we arranged a delivery date and time and the goods arrived at the agreed time,excellent.

Only ordered 1 large tile for a windowsill , but very helpful with excellent communication
