First class service from Arran from start to finish, nothing was to much trouble always happy to help with our numerous queries.

Dawn the showroom manager, has my sympathy as she suffers the Labour of some staff ( not all) who just don’t care.
A towel rail I purchased and collected myself , the box was grubby and worn. Never the less the showroom staff thought nothing of it and loaded it into my car.
Getting home we find it is damaged. The damage is pure carelessness by warehouse and stock handling staff who ‘just don’t care’. They don’t think about ‘ if the box is damaged maybe the product inside is’ . The lorry drivers probably just sling the stuff around with no accountability. Not taking responsibility, Instead they move the responsibility to the customer to check for damage. When I then phone the showroom to say it is damaged and ask what are the next steps. …. Not once did I hear an apology. Instead just send us a photo to look at and then a return call saying they will replace it.A simple apology goes a long way!
Clearly the concept of Customer Care is a thing of the past. I don’t think I will buy there again .

Helpful service in store, prompt delivery and the product is great. Had no problems whatsoever. Highly recommended.

Staff are friendly, good at their jobs and always ready to help.

Very Professional and Mollie was very patient with us as we went through the plan (changing it numerous times) and knew the products very well and gave us some very good pointers that worked better than we had originally planned.
Product is excellent quality and was delivered as expected with no delays.

Bought a full bathroom suite from these. Anyway after 4 days of the bath been fitted i noticed it distorted and rippled. Went to the store is Stockton. Showed the salesman the photos, he didn't seem interested at all but sent them to customer complaints. They contacted me asking to shine a torch on it. I've explained I've shown the ripples in best light possible. A few days later been asked again to shine a torch on it. How many photos do they want. Lost my head with that email. Asked them to phone me or visit my property to see for themselves. They are not interested. 12k I paid for this bathroom in total and they don't care. All they want is your money. Don't listen to all the hype about warranty and after sales service because it doesn't exist. Total joke. Wouldn't give them 1 star but had to, so I could give a review.

Went into the store to finalise our bathroom and the service we have had on all our visit has been exceptional and outstanding on every occasion.Dawn went above and beyond to sort the perfect bathroom for us.Nothing was to much trouble dawn had excellent product knowledge with sound advice . I would recommend easy bathrooms to any one considering a bathroom without reservation professional service with a can do attitude Thank you so much

Well from first entering easy bathrooms on portrack lane Stockton we were greeted by a lovely girl called Dawn Brownless who didn’t attempt pressure us into buying a bathroom but just let us browse in our own time once we were ready to sit down and discuss our needs she offered us a coffee and ask us what our needs were and listened to all our queries and she answered them all professionally with an exemplary attitude which made me and my wife very happy and at ease she discussed with us in very fine detail what to expect and when and how to our upmost liking from materials
to finance, we asked what we wanted and where to put it and she put together the design of our bathroom and placed it on screen to see via 3D which we were very impressed to with what we saw and went ahead and purchased our dream bathroom, the delivery of the bathroom was on time when specified and work started on time when specified and installation manager Tony Bailey kept in contact with us about delivery in fact we were cradled all the way to the finishing line we couldn’t thank them enough we are so happy, the bathroom installer was called Simon who actually put all his effort into making our dream bathroom come together with the highest standards he was so professional so polite and thorough and hard working we couldn’t thank him enough so from beginning to end the experience was five star across the board and me and my wife and family highly recommend easy bathrooms for an easy process from start to finish with a very special thank you to Dawn Brownless & Simon we couldn’t have made our dream bathroom come true without you thank you so much

At the Stockton store, the advisor , Dawn , - was so helpful and we were very grateful for her patience and experience. The result was a beautiful product, well planned.

Simple process. Competitive prices. Offered various offers of styles etc.
Project now completed.
No hesitation in returning to the Stockton showroom for the next project.
