Quick and easy very informative

Lots of visits changing my order until I got the look of a new bathroom I had hoped for!

The bathroom fitted looks good and we were happy with it. The fitters worked quickly and were polite and cleaned up well. Unfortunately we had a couple of snags and then had difficulty contacting the show room to get this sorted, hence the drop in score.

Very helpful at the design stage, making suggestions i wouldn't have thought of.
I was disappointed at the length of time I had to wait for installation, but was delighted with the final result and the fitters Eri and Gheorge were lovely.
However, the shower stopped working within a few weeks and I have not been happy with the after sales service. Reported it last weekend, fitters came to see the shower on Tuesday and confirmed it was faulty. A replacement was delivered to the store on Thursday and I have to wait until Saturday for it to be fitted.
I had my bath removed in order to have a walk-in shower (i am 76) and will have been without it for a week in the hottest days of the year so far.
Bitterly disappointed with the aftersales service after spending a large chunk of my savings having this done

Easy Bathrooms for me started with 5 stars! Easy to use website, all of what I ordered was in stock! Store visits were really good, prob the most bathrooms built for display that I’d ever seen which was cool and many different styles and designs. It was so good we bought our entire bathroom appliances, wall and floor tiles we bought the lot! Delivery was quick and the driver helpful.

BUT our delivery was short a large box of tiles! Oh no! This was rectified by a quick email to customer service, who called back real quick and organised a drop for us. Cool.

But a second order for our WC wasn’t so good. We received used item, which again a quick email with photos to customer service was again swiftly dealt with and a new wall tap was dispatched and we got it 48hrs later. Cool. Still 5 stars for me!

Today our builders tell me our Vade chrome rail kit with built in wall outlet is missing. Of course we have had our main delivery 2 months ago way passed the check and return point. My bad. So I’ve had to spend £135.78 again on a product I’d already paid for. Not good so when I reflect.
1x box of tiles we missing
1x Wall Tap unit was used/ damaged
1x Shower Rail kit with built in wall outlet is missing so I had to pay again.
My Warning to all is Check your delivery. Open every box. Check the condition. Do it as soon as you get this stuff as. EASY BATHROOMS STAFF DO NOT CHECK WHAT THEY ARE SENDING OUT.

Absolutely brilliant. We lost count of how many times we called in the Rayleigh shop with queries regarding bathrooms. They were so helpful throughout. Sophia who dealt with our order was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for her and in fact the other two gentleman were always very helpful and all three were very knowledgeable about all bathrooms we were asking about. So glad we ordered from them the bathrooms both look amazing. Thankyou so much for everything Mandy and John Murphy xx

The server was really good and understood what we required. The delivery was on time, before we left the country for our vacation.
The only downside was the quality of the floor tiles, the snap connections kept breaking.

Ian and Phil in your Rayleigh showroom were not only helpful and knowledgeable but were extremely patient with us as we pondered over the many alternatives available. The nice thing about the showroom was we could see everything and make informed choices regarding price and quality. Their experience was invaluable and that made finding items to suit our budget so much easier. The delivery arrived on time by 2 friendly guys who took care when handling everything.and the installation went ahead exactly as agreed. We were really pleased with the speed, competence, and care that Peter and his 2 assistants took. They cleaned up behind them each day and treated ourselves and our property with great respect. Their amazing work ethic, attitude and attention to detail has left us more than impressed and with a bathroom that was not only 100% value for money but we are 100% delighted with. If only all workmen had that attitude. Congratulations Easy Bathrooms for making this a truly positive experience. We would certainly recommend your company. Your whole customer care attitude is very reassuring and gives us, the most important person in all this, 100% confidence in your abilities.
