Tanya and Bradley at the Orpington store were exceptional and so helpful, they took their time and went through everything and their advice was brilliant we are so grateful, we got all bathrooms planned out perfectly and all items quoted and ready to order, they took away the stress and were really great and we can’t wait for our new bathrooms.

Great experience
Refurbed bathroom. Sink, vanity unit, shower tray, glass, bathroom cabinet, bathroom and toilet lights, toilets, heated towel radiator, splashback, ceiling covering all working well and looking good. Used fitting service and this worked well too. So happy went back to buy sink, towel rail, mirror and vanity unit when refurbing bedroom. Would highly recommend them.

My terrible experience with easy…
My terrible experience with easy bathrooms delivery driver.
To start at the beginning, I was not given the preferred delivery date & felt the only date I could accept was the date I was told the delivery was coming. That part I can live with.
I was not informed that it was a curb side delivery only.
My complaint is that I was informed by the Easy Bathroom store in Orpington that the delivery driver would call at least one hour before the delivery was due to arrive.
This did not happen.
I was at home when the delivery driver arrived, which was more luck than anything else, as I had not long arrived back from the shop, collecting materials for the new bathroom.
I heard the doorbell ring & went to the front door within less than a minute of the bell ringing. By the time I had arrived at the front door, the driver was dragging the box with the bath in onto the driveway. It was raining & the box was soaking wet. ( later when opening the box there is no protection on the bottom of the box just the cardboard it came in)
I shouted out to the driver to get his attention & he turned around. The driver turned around & said "WHAT". I asked him what he was delivering as I could not see any logo on the van. The driver shouted back, "A BATH". I informed the driver that I had not received a call prior to delivery & asked the driver if he called. His reply was "NO".
I walked towards the driver to prevent us both shouting at each other & asked him if he was able to use the trolley he had in the van (which I could see) to bring the bath closer to the front door. The driver's response was "NO". This was said with some leave of anger, as if I should not have asked him this question. I said it is raining & the box is now soaked. I asked the driver why he would not help me, as I was on my own. His response was "IT IS A CURB DELIVERY".
I explained again that I was on my own & asked again if he was able to bring it closer to the front door using the trolley he had in the van.
The response from the driver, which completely shocked me, was "THAT IS NOT MY F-ING PROBLEM". The driver then got in his van & drive away.
I was left standing in the rain with the very large box, which was now soaked. I was fearful of moving the large box with the bath in, as I did not want the cardboard to tear, which could cause damage to the bath within.
This whole experience, which lasted no more than 3 minutes, has left me shaken & upset. I have not had this leave of abuse from any delivery driver before.
I do not believe I was asking anything unreasonable & even if the answer to my question was no, the manner in which he behaved & replied was completely unacceptable.
I would not recommend using this firm as there just seem to be content on taking your money & not providing a complete customer service once paid.
The response I received was dismissive of my complaint & blamed the fact it was a third party delivery company not their own.
No mention of the fact I was not informed of it being a curb side drop. I would never recommend Easy Bathrooms to anyone after my experience with them & there team

Best place for complete service
First of all, we want to say thank you for the really good experience we had at your place yesterday and today. Both Bradley and Tanya, who booked the appointment, were very helpful and friendly.
I think the price we were quoted is really good and we are looking forward to place the order with you in due course.
Excellent People Skills and Knowledge
My parents and I first visited Easy Bathrooms Orpington back in August 2025 and booked an appointment for a bathroom design. Danny was super help and took his time to explain everything! We didn’t go back until October to order as our bathroom is being done by the council!
We went back this week (w/c 26th Jan 2026). So impressed with both Danny and Tania as between them they remembered our names, found our order and drew a rough design of our bathroom - all without me saying a word! Wow!
Tania was so helpful and patient and gave us suggestions on what to go for in terms of our measurements and what would work for us! As busy as she was, she did not rush us or feel like we were an inconvenience. She chatted with us about what we wanted or thought we wanted and showed us items we didn’t think we could have! Her people skills, along with her bathroom knowledge are amazing, and that alone is worth this review!
Tania and Danny made what could have been a nightmare for us, so much easier! Will definitely be recommending them and Easy Bathrooms in future.

Easy Bathrooms caused a heartbreaking situation and they do not care
Glossy brochures & marketing are one thing. Real customer care is another. We were impressed in the showroom and put down a £5,000 deposit on the last day in August, with a guarantee for installation before Christmas. In the discussion with the Orpington showroom, we made clear how important this was to us because my mother has been diagnosed with esophageal cancer and she will have finished her radiotherapy course. We wanted an accessible shower for her to stay at Christmas. In the last week my husband has been phoned by the staff member who managed our order to say that because he made a mistake with the order, not only would it cost us likely £1,000 more, the installation was delayed and would not be until January or February. My husband has put this in writing to confirm to the Orpington showroom and they then replied that they cannot comment on installation dates. They sent a fitter on Saturday morning, a nice man, who said before he even started to look at the bathroom that he could not install until January or February. My presumption is, they either sent this fitter knowing he could not do the work before Christmas or did not care to find out, despite my making it clear how important and how upsetting it was. I have had no communication from them and spent the weekend in tears, knowing how much I have let my mum down.

This is a rogue company do not waste your time and money. I bought tiles from Easy bathrooms orpington branch. I returned the tiles unopened because i decided to use wall panels for my shower instead . I was told they have no refund policy but was not made aware of this before payment and i saw no disclaimer notice at the store. The staff called Tracy in particular is a thieve. I paid cash and counted the right amount and gave her the money. Instead of counting the money herself she gave it to another staff to recount while distracting me. They later told me money given was less £100. Be warned use card for all your purchases and not cash. In short my advice is to avoid EASY BATHROOM ALL TOGETHER. I am now seeking legal advice to get my refund

Nice to see bathrooms fitted with units…
Nice to see bathrooms fitted with units and tikes which helped us to choose our own. All staff were helpful and polite. I purchased all units from easy bathrooms for 3 of my bathrooms. Looks great . Mr Bradley was very helpful with the drawings as well
Very bad experience

I booked an appointment with Easy…
I booked an appointment with Easy Bathrooms for 11am on 26/08/25 to have someone come out and take measurements of my bathroom. Nobody arrived, so I called later in the day to find out what happened.
Instead of an apology, I was told (twice) that I had supposedly missed an in-store appointment. I corrected both the assistant and the manager that the appointment was clearly for home measurements, which I had been waiting for. The manager then admitted the assistant had entered the details incorrectly but offered no apology, only that the staff member wasn’t in that day.
I had already taken time off for this visit, and given the confusion and poor customer service, I decided not to reschedule. If such a simple appointment was handled so poorly, I had concerns about the reliability of a full bathroom order.
Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience and I won’t be using Easy Bathrooms going forward.
Update following Easy Bathrooms Response:
Thank you for your response. As I decided not to proceed with an order after my experience, I don’t have an order number to provide. My review relates specifically to the handling of the initial appointment, where nobody attended and the lack of apology or accountability when I raised the issue. I feel it’s important to share this so that future customers are aware and can double-check their bookings.
