Michael in the Glasgow branch was very professional, polite and extremely helpful.

Pre sales were fine; post sales are utterly terrible, avoid like the plague. Caveat emptor!

Edit: After much too'ing and fro'ing my issue was eventually solved.

Staff were brilliant and very helpful as per usual. Av bn away for a couple of years and when a came into the shop the guy new me immediately and that made me feel relaxed

I would recommend Easy Bathrooms Glasgow to anyone! The quality of the products are top class with guarantees of 10 - 25 years on most products! Unheard of within the industry. However the best thing about it is the staff. They are knowledgeable, professional and caring.
Steve in particular has guided us through difficult personal circumstances and has made everything "EASY" for us. I am so grateful to have had 100% faith in everything & everyone in Easy Bathrooms Glasgow.

We had a great experience with Easy Bathrooms Glasgow. The staff (James and Steve in particular) were very helpful in assisting us with our full bathroom refit selections. We received regular updates after placing our large order and all items were delivered as planned on the same day, ahead of our fitter, tiler and plumber arriving. We spent days previously looking at other bathroom shops in Glasgow and wished we had visited Easy Bathrooms first as they saved us so much time and hassle - an excellent service. Would highly recommend them, don’t waste your time visiting dozens of shops in Hillington. Only Easy Bathrooms were able to provide us with a one stop shop where we could purchase everything due to the huge choices they have available - delighted that we went with them! 10/10! Alan Mac.

Michael at Easy Bathrooms Glasgow showroom went the extra mile today to help me choose the right vanity unit & table top basin that would fit my space.

Steve at the Glasgow store made our bathroom planning a pleasure! He was extremely knowledgeable about stock and provided excellent advice regarding bathroom layout. Using our measurements we were able to see images of our new bathroom which was a great help. All items purchased in one trip which was a huge relief!

I ordered 3 radiators and was still getting work done in house,I explained this to company and were only to helpful to store them until I was ready for them.

Our bathroom was installed Nov/Dec
and we are still having issues with the shower.
4 new cartridges have been put in with varying issues from no hot water to a screeching noise when turned on and now we are waiting on a whole new unit which means some tiles have to come off.
Having to wait about a month in-between repairs is pretty disrespectful customer service.
They have our money and can't be bothered to speed things up to resolve the issue.
Be careful with your choice of where you spend your money because customer service is pretty non existent.

Only gave it 3 stars because, although I loved the showroom and the quality of the products, I felt let down by the customer service. I really liked a sink and unit and when discussing this with one of the advisors, he said it was going into ex display in a few days time and would call me when it was removed from display. He didn't call me, so I called up to ask about it, and the guy I spoke to said he would find out for me and either the original salesperson would call me back or he would. Never heard back!! I suppose it's the company's loss as I was going to buy all other items to match the sink unit as I was planning a complete bathroom refit. I did buy the tap though..lol.

His knowledge and personal approach made him easily one of the best that we have ever dealt with.

We renovated both our en suite and main bathroom using tiles, fixtures, and furniture from Easy Bathrooms. The Glasgow branch team were fantastic—especially Stevie, whose impeccable taste and practical advice were invaluable. We felt well looked after throughout and are delighted with the results.

Had a relatively good experience with a couple of issues that were quickly sorted but the shine was swiftly taken away (one week after delivery) when we had 4 full boxes of bathroom tiles left over. We were advised that they usually estimate between 1 and 3 boxes more than needed and our tiler must have been very economical with his tiling! I would expect any tiler worth his salt to use only what they would need to. We were then told that we could not return the tiles as stated in the T&C’s, even although East Bathrooms had made a large over estimation of what was required. To us, this equates to more than £300 out of our pocket. Not ideal in the current finance climate.
