Excellent initial advice and assistance in the Farnborough store. Easy online ordering and convenient collection. Vanity unit fits well and looks great.

The staff were very helpful in choosing a layout and the various bathroom units.
Also very quick to correct a couple of items wrong in the delivery

I need some spare parts for a shower kit. They were in the store, which was difficult to get to.

One of workers, Azim (from farnborough Store), was amazingly kind and dropped them off for me, as he lived close by.

A real example of going the extra mile on customer service!

Support from showroom staff in design and sorting out issues prior to installation.
The contractor/workman was excellent- he was respectful and ensured everything was ok throughout. The work space was kept clean and tidy -All was installed and finished to a very high standard. I would recommend.

Awful experience from the manager at Farnborough.
Probably the worst sales person representing a company that I have ever come across, he must lose easy bathrooms business.
Booked a home appointment, within first 5 mins he is asking me my budget and telling me it needs to be doubled, without even seeing my en-suite at that stage.
I could go on, I won’t, but having visited the store the day before and being led to believe the budget was in the ball park, he gave me a totally different experience and I told him to leave.
Plenty of other companies who design and install, I’ll be off to chat to them!
Avoid - unless you want your pants pulled down!!!

What a complete waste of space. Tiles were ordered and sadly let down by the delivery company 2 times. Having listened to the stories from the delivery company and the branch where we purchased the tiles from we could probably write a short story. My problem has still not been resolved the customer service agents Aylessa and Angie both have written emails telling me a refund of the delivery charges would be sent back considering this fiasco has been running since the 18 th October I still have not received any refund. The experience has been shocking and would be extremely reluctant to buy from this supplier again. Final point which is actually hidden in the small print is that easy bathrooms will not accept any liabilities for mis delivery and will not pay any compensation if you have builders ready to complete the works. The small print says do not hire any contractors for a period of over 5 working days after the delivery date. Such a shame that the sales executive at the Farnborough and Weybridge branchs declined to mention this at all considering I told them I needed the tiles urgently because we needed to finish a house rebuild.

Really helpful and knowledgeable. Happy to make the revisions we wanted throughout and the mocked up examples, were super helpful to visualise the final outcome.

The design tool is very easy to use. The quality of the bathroom is excellent. My bathroom is very stylish. The reason I am not saying excellent is that a lot of items arrived broken and it took several more deliveries to get all the items needed. In addition, some items that were discussed at the design stage and were on the images didn't make it on to the order resulting in additional unexpected expense.
