The sales advisor who dealt with my purchase was helpful and very pleasant. I purchased an offset quadrant shower enclosure as part of a complete shower room refit. Pleased with the quality and delivery driver was particularly helpful.

I bought a toilet from Easy bathrooms which was ex display. I appreciate that this was sold as seen however on fitting the toilet had a crack in it and leaked. I appreciate that it is sold as seen however a leaky toilet is a fundamental problem, have had to buy a new problem. Raised this with easy bathrooms given it was sold as seen there is no refund option. I appreciate this however it has literally gone straight into a skip which is incredibly frustrating. In addition to the toilet I had also bought antique brass hinges and flush for that specific youkef amounting to a further £75 - also gone in the skip as not compatible with the new toilet. Highly frustrating and hugely disappointing. Given that the toilet can literally not be used!

The sales people were extremely friendly and helpful in assisting us to put together our ideas for our new shower room.
The delivery team were very understanding about our lack of storage space and arranged delivery on the day that the installation team arrived.
The installation team were brilliant.
The reason I give them four stars is that the toilet flushing system did not work and had to be "adapted" by the addition of Rawl plugs and the glass shower leaked through it's seals .
These two issues are now resolved. The shower leaking was a manufacturing fault which could not have been foreseen but to supply a basic toilet with incorrect fittings is not good.

Beautiful ranges to choose from, to any taste.
Charlotte has been so helpful and friendly, nothing seemed like too much trouble for her. I have been offered a great 3D design which definitely helps with decisions. Great quality as well, would highly recommended!

Simon, Mark, Kieth (Pirate), Charlotte and others were helpful knowledgeable.
We mainly dealt with Simon, who designed our bathroom and cloakroom producing a scale model plan and three D images. He helped guide us through this process and produced a document for all the components and fitting requirements. He also arranged for a credit when we returned some items which in the end were not required. The delivery guys form Huddersfield were excellent working with us to get the pallets as near as possible into our garden Highly Recommend Simon and all the team at Easy Bathrooms Derby

Well informed in showroom & easy to order.Delivered 1day early due to bankholiday,but no problem. Driver great& willing to put plt where we wanted.

Helpful showroom staff and the delivery was quite easy and arrived as we arranged.
But... They sent the wrongs tiles (ordered blue got brown!) and the fitters were ready to tile so I had to drive to Wakefield and wait for 30 minutes+ for them to find the right tiles or lose my fitters as we had to wait till the following week for delivery. They also sent the exact square meterage of tiles so with the cuts needed we didn't have enough. I got a small discount on the tiles extra I had to buy but still not impressed. The warehouse guys were friendly and helpful though.

The company was recommended to us by our installer. The showrooms provided a fantastic range of bathrooms to choose from showing them in the "flesh" rather than as products on shelves or in brochures. The designer was incredibly helpful, creating basic design concepts which we added to and changed during the interview and guided within showroom to see actual product. All in all a very pleasant experience

There were very helpful and very patient a very good service

I was told in showroom that reduced price ended on the .Monday, so I rushed to buy the tiles but it didn't end.

I found out the delivery charge was £75, so I rang up and asked if I could collect but I was not allowed to due to size of order (8 boxes). So I said can I cancel and make 2 separate orders so that I can collect. I was told that I couldn't because the warehouse would link the 2 orders together.
I later found out that my mum had bought a vanity unit from there and the delivery charge was £75.

Happy to pay a reasonable delivery charge but extortionate delivery charge without option to collect is not on.
The actual delivery was not good either. I had a call from my son saying they had dropped tiles on pavement, in thick snow, so by the time I got home, the boxes were soggy.
This was from Derby branch and I will not be using them again.

We had a really good experience with Mark, organising and being very helpful with our new en-suite. We had it fitted by Ryan and Ryan last week. I cannot thank them enough for being respectful of our home, fitting our new en-suite to our amazement, bringing this en-suite dream to life. All rubbish was cleared. We would use this company again. Thank you once again Easy Bathrooms, you made our purchase very easy.
