David is a wonderful trainer. Provides training at a suitable pace and is supportive of all attendees of various roles. He is very knowledgeable and I feel like I've learnt a lot with his guidance.

David presented an excellent training course, which kept us interested and engaged. Hopefully I will have the opportunity to attend another of his courses in the near future.

David delivered hands on training for us as a dance school which was very educational for us all. David was very personable, engaging and brings in participation, humour and real life stories through the training which helps to understand and retain the information given. The defibrillator course was very informative and hands on. David was an excellent presenter and is obviously very knowledgeable in his field. He has great communication and demonstration skills. I enjoyed the course, although I hope never to have to use the skills, it is useful to know and I wouldn't hesitate to help out if the need ever arose.

David is an excellent presenter and very knowledgeable in his field. He communicates very clearly and the course content was excellent. I very much enjoyed today's course (defib) and will look up the various reference videos he suggested. I would highly recommend David/EST.

Great training session

Had first aid training today, it was very professional and fun at the same time. I highly recomend east saxon training.

David carried out some one to one and group coaching with myself and my team - we found the sessions to be very useful and informative. I would highly recommend David, his knowledge and extensive experience is clear and he made everyone feel at ease throughout.

David came to my job on the 28th November 2023. The First Aid training was very informative and he made it interesting and memorable. On the 21st February 2024 I had to put it to practice. I was at a restaurant when I heard some panicking voices, I turned around and saw an elderly man slumped over the table. No staff knew first aid. I quickly ran over. He had passed out and was not breathing, face was ashy he had a weak pulse and was unresponsive. I got help with getting him on the floor, by that time there was no pulse and he was really cold. I started CPR immediately and within 1 minute he started to regain consciousness and was responding to my questions. I stayed with him until the ambulance arrived. You never know when you might need these skills. Thank you David for providing such important knowledge. Anette
