No instructions
Advertising says instructions are included but there was nothing in either box that I received over Christmas. On the Facebook page I see others have the same problem. I have emailed but had no response. I have zoomed in on images on the website to know where to place the seeds but have not noticed any benefits yet.

VERY SLOW DELIVERY
This is my 2nd order as they do seem to help with menopausal symptoms however delivery is extremely slow which isn’t great at all (11 days to arrive). Also the 2 boxes I received didn’t have any guides in like other people have complained about too. Thankfully I kept them from my last order but shouldn’t they be in every box ??

Disappointing
I have ordered 3 boxes. One of which I thought was on buy 1 get one free but it was the new ones I ordered not the old, so I lost out on the offer.
I wrote about not receiving instructions with that box. I have received the other 2 boxes again and there are no instructions inside either of them.
This is frustration and unprofessional. I have paid for them. I was gifting one to my daughter but with no instructions they are of no use.

Absolutely brilliant
Absolutely brilliant. Took a few try’s to get them in the position. Been on them now for about 6 weeks. Anxiety and stress levels come right down

Another customer not given instructions.
After waiting an AGE for my ear seeds to arrive - when they finally did they had no instructions or ear maps!! This seems to be a common theme since reading all the reviews - why can’t the company get this sorted?!?! I have emailed twice and had no response. Again a common theme. Will not be purchasing again as I STILL can’t use them after ordering on 21st December!! If not rectified ASAP I will be asking for a full refund.

Would recommend
My order came really quickly just before Christmas. When opened there was no guides in the box, I emailed the company Christmas Eve and they got back to me just after Boxing Day which I wasn’t expecting as it was Christmas, but they were very swift and very apologetic and sent a digital copy over.
I’ve used the seeds and have noticed that they do help with sleep. My daughter used them for her eczema/gut health, as she was having a flare up and it did seem to help with calming this. She will be trying them again to see if it continues to help and I will be trying them next with anxiety.
Would I recommend, yes I would as I feel that if you don’t try something new you don’t know if it will help.
