Hi there. I was full of excitement when the box popped through my letterbox. Anticipating my £30 was well spent. It was well packaged. I have pppd and struggled applying the seeds on my ears and lost quite a few in the process. I genuinely dont know if they helped or not. My balance has good days and bad. Is it the seeds or is my body just naturally healing? 🤔

Very fiddly and unclear instructions
Found the product very difficult/fiddly to apply and wasted several of the seeds. The booklet showing where to place them isn’t very clear or easy to read (pale text colour). I also got worried about them falling into my ear canal due to the issues I’d had applying so took them off after a couple of hours. Wouldn’t buy again which is a shame.

I've been looking at using ear seeds…
I've been looking at using ear seeds for a while to help with my health. I suffer with chronic pain, fatigue, and anxiety/stress. I'm unable to have some medications due to health complications so I've been seeking alternative therapies to hopefully help improve some of my issues. I'm only on my 2nd week so difficult to pinpoint where they're helping so far. I was very impressed with the customer service after asking a lot of questions prior to ordering, my queries were answered very quickly and made my decisions for what to order very helpful.
The ear seeds sets are really easy to apply and booklet give good guidance on how and where too apply. I'm very happy with my purchase and will be reordering.

I'm so pleased with the Ear seeds
I'm so pleased with the Ear seeds, I began using them about 10 days ago due to suffering with menopausal anxiety/panic attacks. For the first time in 2 years I actual have for the only way I can describe as an inner peace. Don't get me wrong I still have moments, but they have made me feel so much better. I've just recieved my second order. Id highly recommend anyone giving them a try. What have you got to loose.

The acu-seeds are easy to use. I am using them for anxiety and they have definitely made a difference to my overall stress levels, in the first 2 weeks. Quick delivery, easy to follow instructions and quality product.

Felt sick
Hello, I used your product but unfortunately it didn’t help instead it made me feel really sick. I give it to my husband aswell to try and he felt extremely sick aswell. It might be us but I think that that’s really rare both of us to feel sick to our stomach once we used it. I did give it to my friend who is suffering with sleeping so once she gets back to me I would know more.

Migraine pain relief
I love these products as they’ve introduced me to this natural style of therapy/medicine.
The acu seeds were my first purchase and then I went on to buy the whole range, from the Matt & pillow, to the stone comb and pressure point magnets.
I suffer with chronic migraines and everything I’ve purchased has helped to relax me and relieve pain.

The magnets were easy to apply and stayed on my skin well. I did seem to get some relief in my shoulder as that was the reason I purchased them.

Highly recommend
Really happy with my purchase, i have been sleeping so much better since using the seeds in my ear.
I was also suffering with painful legs at night which seem to have improved since using. Very pleased.
I highly recommend people give them a try.

Very tricky to put on.
When I put first one on with the tweezers it flicked out and I lost it. I got another one on and that was gone by the end of the day.
I’m still to try again.
