After 5 years of manual planning I made the switch
After 5 years of manual planning and journaling in notebooks, I decided to go digital. Easeup was my first planner, and I was unsure of it, so I tried 3 others, and actually requested and received a refund from easeup. After awhile, I realized that easup was better than the other ones, and I bought it again and am using it exclusively. It does what I need.

I love the planner
I love the planner. The only issue I have, and it may just be that I have not looked in the right place, is how to cancel the subscription portion. I have found that I do not utilize the stickers, so do not need to have them sent to me on a weekly basis. Otherwise, the planner meets all my expectations wonderfully.

Totally frustrating experience
I have been a legal assistant for 25 years but working with this planner, even with the help of ChatGPT took hours. It is so small on my iPhone that I couldn’t even begin to use it because I can’t see it well enough. The pop up ad for GoodNotes is very irritating to upgrade. I have no desire to update and pay more for GoodNotes. Forget about trying to use the stickers, that never even worked. I spent $54 yesterday for a planner and stickers that I can’t use, and yes, of course, there’s no refund. Very frustrating experience. I’d rather use a day planner I carry around with me before I use this.

Think about it carefully before you buy, as there are no refunds. This is not an app but rather requires you to download another app and link them together. The other app continually asks you to upgrade, even though you supposedly are not required to do so (and hopefully you won’t run up against the basic app limits). This purchase also wants you to upgrade and to join the monthly club, so you are constantly confronted with the “option” to but more. I thought I was buying a stand alone planner, but it’s actually just a set of templates. This is a lesson to me to check TrustPilot BEFORE I purchase.

We want to address a few points directly. Our product page clearly describes the EaseUp Digital Planner as a hyperlinked PDF planner that's used inside a free PDF annotation app like GoodNotes, this is stated upfront, not something hidden after purchase. It's built the same way many digital planners on the market work.
We also want to be clear that no payment is ever required for the app itself. GoodNotes offers a paid upgrade prompt, but our planner is fully functional on the free version, no exceptions. Our step-by-step Playbook shows exactly how to decline that offer.
On the Club membership, that's an entirely optional add-on shown after checkout. It's never required to use the planner, which is complete on its own.
We do stand firmly by our no-refund policy for digital products, as it's clearly displayed on our site and accepted at checkout, and we're a genuine, established business with thousands of customers successfully using this planner every day.
We're sorry this wasn't the right fit for you, and we'd welcome the chance to help if you're ever open to giving it another look.

I should have looked at reviews before falling for this scam. No refunds should’ve been a redflag!!! Paid my money, got into it and then couldn’t attach to good notes and no response from their customer service!!

I would give this product zero stars if…
I would give this product zero stars if possible. A total waste of time and $$. Email sent asking for help was totally ignored. :-( I tried following tutorial for installation which was a total bust.
