Do not hire this company (former JTW Plumbing he was forced to close), they are lazy, incompetent, and dishonest.
He has been mandated to repay by Court, and Bailiffs.
If you value your money, stay clear of Joe B. Twilley.

!!!!!! Trades beware !!!!!
Trades beware! Still waiting for outstanding invoices to be paid 2 months on and they have stopped responding to emails/messages. They expect you to go debt collecting if a customer doesn't pay them. Dont waste your time, scammers based in another country but claim to be UK based.
Recently had a phone call offering compensation and payment of invoices only if i removed feedback on numerous websites. Joke of a company!!

I have been working with this company…
I have been working with this company for over a year now, I mostly liaise with a guy named Frank who is very helpful and usually responds immediately, he sends me jobs through WhatsApp but have their own app if you need to use that. So far I can't fault them, payment is always on time and they really appreciate the work I do.

Dreadful - treat trades like dirt.
As a trade, I'm absolutely sick to death of this company phoning me ad-lib.
Little to no detail of what's required is ever provided, the person calling rarely speaks English, and you incessantly expect me to be available at the drop of a hat.
Moreover, do not dictate to me what said work should cost - stay in your lane.

Wasted time - No communication
Booked in for a quote at a local petrol station. On arrival the quotation team was turned away.
I called one of their operatives who provided his number on the initial call. He claimed that there was no communication between us (Call recording verifies we did have a conversation) and he become irritable over the phone because i was not happy with their lack of communication.
Id advise anyone to avoid this company as it has only resulted in wasted time.
Edit: I recieved a call from one of their sipervisors who spent the majority of the call shifting the blame onto myself. If I could rate below 1 star I would

Do not do quotes for them!!!!!!
I’m a tradesman and have had nothing but a terrible experience with them
They sent me multiple jobs to quote for after visiting 4-5 jobs spending my time visiting measuring and writing a quote they don’t even get back to you. They basically use tradesman to get a price range then get their own in house team to do it for the quoted prices
They have been told about 10 times now to never contact me again and continue to do so. I have advised I would take legal action and I am now going to go down this route because of the constant harassment
What prompted this review was being contacted yet again and when I told them they are a illegitimate company on WhatsApp the agent told me he has more important things to do than argue with a scammer. The agent clearly doesn’t understand what a scammer is so that shows you the level of representatives they hire

I'm a trades company
I'm a trades company - this intermediary constantly calls me begging me to do free quotes for customers they can't fulfill quotes for.
They don't care about my experience or qualifications, just a quote for a customer to get off their backs.
A flawed system and a horrifying number of commercial clients using them.

Thank you for your feedback. However, we have a very different perspective on our professional relationship with our tradespeople.
Our goal as an intermediary is to facilitate fair and realistic outcomes for both the client and the contractor. We disagree with the characterization that we simply 'push for quotes' to get clients off our backs. In fact, we act as a filter, when we receive quotes that are significantly unreasonable, or not in line with the scope of work, we communicate this to the worker and make the decision not to proceed with that quote.
We take the qualifications and time of our trades partners seriously, but we also have a responsibility to our commercial clients to ensure pricing is fair. We understand that our model might not be the right fit for every company’s individual pricing structure, but it is a system built on transparency and accuracy.
