Very odd phone answering service which created an immediate bad impression. However the callback was friendly and efficient so I made a booking.
Really nice guy did the "stuff" (sorry didn't get your name). Excellent explanations all then way through and really professional.
Suggest you update your address to Haunch Lane not Alcester Road however I'll tick Alcester Road as location.

Fabulous service right from the start. Lovely secretary got my daughter an appointment extremely fast. Mr Karim was such a kind and caring man who made my young daughter who has Anxiety feel relaxed and at ease. The procedure was so fast and she did not feel a thing. Mr Karim videoed the procedure and explained to my daughter was was going to happen, and what had happened. Such a lovely man, would recommend him 100%. Thank you so much. Very Happy with the whole experience.

I was completely at the end of my tether with a badly blocked and extremely painful ear that wouldn’t clear using over the counter remedies. I was able to book a same day appointment here and travelled up from Oxford for it (there was nowhere nearby able to give me an appointment on short notice). It was completely worth it. Despite having a very challenging block that wouldn’t initially budge they did everything they could and eventually cleared the offending blockages. They were courteous and professional and helpful and offered good advice about aftercare. Highly recommend this clinic.

Highly recommend! Got a same day appointment with Mr Khizar at Sutton Coldfield/Streetly & visited with a fully blocked left ear, left no more than 15 minutes later with both ears fully cleared! Cannot fault the service & will never go elsewhere again!

Mr Karim took all of 2 minutes to dislodge a ball of ear wax that had been causing hearing loss and discomfort for over 6 months. Before seeing Mr Karim I had 3 visits to specsavers wax removal service in Selly Oak (at a higher price) over the past 3 weeks and they were unable to remove it. Seeing how quickly and gently Mr Karim dealt with the issue shows how highly skilled he is (and how poorly skilled they are at specsavers). Highly recommended. Thanks!

I took my 11 year old son and was very impressed with how they were able to make him comfortable and made sure he knew exactly what to expect. He was out at ease and the result made such a difference.

This is the second time that I have used the Ear Wax Specialist and again, I am so pleased with the results. My ears were completely blocked leaving me with severe hearing loss. Mr Khizar was extremely friendly, reassuring and talked me through the whole process. He also recorded this and shared the video footage with me to show me the severity of the blockage and the final results. Having had issues with my ears since I was 15, my experience with EWS is by far the best!

Mr Khizar was amazing with my 6 year daughter today, who's been struggling with blocked ears for so long and we could not get sorted on NHS. So lovely and friendly , made my daughter feel at ease, as he spoke to her loads and explained everything he was going to do. Highly recommend
