Andrew and Harry have installed our Solar and Battery installation. The project was challenged by the Parish Council, but due to the panel and mounting system chosen, we were able to agree that the profile was non-intrusive. The installation went perfectly to plan and the system is operating brilliantly. Harry was a pleasure to work with and have around the house during the work. The initial quotation process was clear and Andrew's expertise in sizing the system was excellent. The DNO/MCS and other commissioning work went smoothly and our transfer to an agile SEG tariff has gone smoothly.

We had been thinking about solar for a while and had quotes from a couple of organisations that advertise nationally. I then contacted Earth Electrical after finding them listed on the certified installers site. Andy responded quickly to my enquiry and produced an initial plan, then came on site to review and refine this. His knowledge and experience was clear so we went with his quote which turned out to be very competitive.

The installation went exactly according to plan and we were delighted by the care and attention that Andy and Harry gave to our project. The system was installed and commissioned on-time and Andy provided a comprehensive handover briefing. He has also responded quickly to a couple of subsequent queries.

Harry and Andy are top guys. Came over to give us a no obligation quote on a solar and home battery system and took the time to sit down with us to go through the calculations. We happily accepted the quote and Andy sent over a schedule with all the details. And true enough they stuck to the schedule: installing the panels on the roof despite the incredibly heavy raining. Absolute troopers!

It didn't end there: post installation, Andy remained in contact with us for the next few days to ensure everything was working properly and to answer any questions that we had. Can't fault these guys. I highly recommend them.

Harry supplied a range of product options and gave me helpful advice on making my choice. He communicated really well on the run up to installation and kept me updated on a supply issue. On the day of installation, Harry took time to check how we wanted things done. He worked efficiently and made the whole thing feel very easy, leaving my house clean and tidy. Very polite and considerate, I’d absolutely recommend these guys.

Earth Electrical have done an EV install and a Solar/Battery install for me. I cannot fault them. They made both installs effortless compared to the big companies that we spoke to. Everything that was to be done was done on time and in budget. Good communications and discussions leading to the choice of materials, fittings and equipment. This included electrical prep, scaffolding, roofing, installation (14 panels, battery, inverter), documentation, commissioning all within the four days planned. I show the installation off to neighbours with my recommendations. Faultless.

As Earth Electrical had done an excellent job installing an EV charger last year I had no worries about using them for the installation of a solar panel system this year. Their quote was very competitive and all the work was done exactly on schedule. Andrew and Harry were cheerful and hard working and their work was finished to a very high standard.

I recently had a domestic Rolec EV charger installed at our house by EarthElectrical.tech and would like to say what a good job was done by the technician Wayne Arnold. He’s efficient and clean. The installation is neat and looks thoroughly professional. He kept the mess to a minimum as he worked and then cleaned up completely when he’d finished. Great experience all round.

This company installed an EV charger at my home. One of the few companies that listened to what I wanted, agreed to route the cable under my floor and also accommodated my requirements re security and earthing. The installer did an excellent job and left the place clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

Very impressive. Simple, fair and speedy - what more can I say?. Been struggling for 3 weeks to get quotes from several other vendors for EV chargers and been thron into mix of issues, costs, un-necessary upgrade requirements to consumer unit / cutout fuse etc. and complicating the whole process. One phone call to Andrew @ EarctElectrical and it was made very transparent with detailed costing and making the process seemless to the fitting within 2 weeks. No deposit, no pre-inspection and more importantly the engineer attended installation was very efficient and completed the installation with absolute satisfaction and routed the cabling from the charger to meter room with utmost care and nearly invisble inside the room. would certianly recommend the company for any electrical works and will be using them in future too. all the best team earthelectrical.
