Wonderful Company and products. Helpful team and expert advice. No bots or irritating automated chats. Bought the oilskin gloss for outdoor furniture I got in a junk shop and it needed some tlc. Amazing product to work with - goes along way so is great value for the money considering. One more coat to go for finishing touch and I’ll be sending photos in as already looks amazing!

And I’ve yet to see any other paint company mix me up a special colour then drop it off at my door because they’re passing for no extra charge!

We have tricky walls and were given thorough advice on how to deal with them. There was a slight problem in that we didn't need as much paint as we were advised. However, Earles arranged for the excess paint to be returned.

Delivery and tracking was super quick, tub was good quality, the paint itself was beautiful, exceeded my expectations, needed a good stir but went on beautifully and was true to colour. Consistency was luxurious and creamy.

Theyvwere absaloutly brilliant quick delivery. The paint i ordered was lime based paint they even sent me i structions of how to use the product which is extremley helpful. Went above and beyond. Very impressed.

There was a problem with my Royal Mail 48 delivery but David helped me to sort it out.
Absolutely beautiful colour of paint ( Cornish Blue) but nothing like the colour of the wet paint shown on website, more of a deep rich cobalt. The paint is (as stated) very patchy on the first coat. Looks best after 3 coats.
I know that you need to get a tester before ordering but what would be really helpful on the website is a few more photos of the paint colours in situ on a building .

We had issues with DHL but I cannot fault the response of the company. Earles Paint were excellent at pursuing DHL and when that did not work they sent out a new one 24h with another delivery company. Very good customer service.

The product is really great and everyone at Earle’s have been amazing in terms of offering advice in relation to these specialist products. Delivery of paint resulted in tin being damaged and team were really responsive when informed. We spoke to a number of specialist paint suppliers before purchasing paint and Earle’s were most helpful. Great decision to use them and we won’t go anywhere else in the future.

Very knowledgeable about the paints they sell and they are happy to support their application of these, by sharing their expertise. Support also comes in from of application manuals. Colour cards are available to help chose which paints to buy.

What I love about this product is that it is free of any additives, unlike the solvents and metals that you find in most hardware stores boiled linseed oil. Last thing I want is metals and solvents leaching from wood into my soil. Well done Earles Paint for producing such a good product.
