A total scam, charging me weekly when I did not get into a subscription with them.

I paid for 1 trial session. You are asked to provide credit card details before you can see list of providers. I did not find the right kind of profile of therapist. So I did not book the trial session.

The team has automatically added me into a subscription and charging me weekly!

I reached out to Mantra Care (mantra.care) for a demo, and the entire experience was nothing but hassle. The process was unclear from the start, poorly organised, and ultimately no actual demo ever took place. It felt completely unprofessional and like a waste of time. If this is how they handle prospective customers, I’d be very concerned about what the actual service is like.

Offered as a service of 6 sessions through my university...never available to me as counselors not available. Useless.

Be careful with this company; they cheat people and will not pay you for your work. They never pay me for my work and i been talking with other persons that are in the same situation. They blocked me on whatsapp either. This is a SCAM!!

I had a back, neck & shoulder massage. The was no rush for time & the consult was thorough & actually felt like a free hour therapy!!
Reiki was applied to my completely knotted shoulder muscles, he always asks first, and omg wow, from painful super knot to nothing in what felt like seconds...& here I am 3 days later still feeling light as a feather up top!!
So impressed & by far the best massage I've ever had.

I was onboard as a provider with 120$ per hour contract. Then, they tried to press down my compensation after agreement by saying that if I don't agree, they will not make my profile active for clients. I pushed back and they never replied.

Really disrespectful. Not recommended any therapists to work with them.

Mantra Care providers are at risk of needing mental health support themselves due to the stress of having to deal with a terrible app and lack of payment. Their app is so bad you have no choice but to take the client to google meet, and then they penalize you for that. These scammers get you to agree to be onboarded with them. They promised me a priceper session, documented by email, then said the price changes according to customer, which doesn't matter because you never see a cent. By the time you realize that no matter how much you chase them you are not getting paid, it is too late and they already had 10-30 clients using your service for FREE. That's right, you work for free and there is no point trying to get the money from them. They wear you out until you're gone and let the next sucker in. Providers, stay away. Clients, find another app. You are also being used.

My app never worked, I couldn't change therapist because I could not check for their background. Poor quality of the service and the technology.
They ignore any request of refund.
