These leather covers are great quality! They look and feel nice, and so far haven't heat up too much.

The packaging was superb, but it came with no installation instructions, so it took about 2 hours for my brother and husband to install them on a 2024 Rav4. Would be nice if each model came with an installation video, or a reference to an equivalent installation from other models.

Also, there was a minor issue with shipping from China to Puerto Rico due to the current trading conflicts, but DZX's customer service was great about helping with that.

This is not leather more is it custom fit almost 500$ in the trash can

Great quality product, delivery progress well updated. The communication with the supplier very good and prompt. The fitting video instructions are very helpful.

No slit in the front seat covers for seat belt holder. Had to put the strap that holds the seat belt to the seat under the cover. Other than that no problem

Doesn't fit my cars and the color wasn't right. Don't do business with them. I asked for a refund with no response.

The quality of the leather and workmanship is great. Fit on the Camaro seats was excellent.
Shipping took a while and could be improved on.

This is an honest and excellent company. I was skeptical at first only because I’ve never ordered anything this big from China. Material, Napa leather is very soft. It was easy to put on and I love that the head rest was leather all around. It did take a while to get here but it was custom made and it was shipped from over seas so you must consider it can take up to a month before you get your order which is pretty normal. The people did make sure they had the correct design for my car which I appreciate a lot. It looks so much better than the original seats the car came with so I’m very happy with that. I do appreciate that they were very responsive to all my messages. Love my seat covers

Product wasn't as displayed. Took over 30days to receive package and requested a refund and they declined and did'nt work with me. Poor customer service and poor qulaity of craftmanship. Don't buy!

The aftermarket clips I got from DZX for my ultra mat car mats, work perfectly.

Beautiful seat covers. My only issue is they didn’t come with instructions for installation.

My first question to them: do you deliver to Suva, Fiji? Answer: yes.

My next question: how much? Answer: Free or 25 dollars.

Ok, so I start the ordering process. Eventually I find out they don't ship to Fiji. And courier is 300 dollars. So, that was that.

Also, I don't like that they use a stock photo on the 'about us' page. That photo is used for several companies around the world. So it can't be them.

That is misleading.

If the people are in the 'about us' page are not genuinely them, how do I know the car seats are genuinely leather?

The seat covers are not as easy to install as one might think they should be. They v are several pieces and no real direction on how to install.

I gave this company 4 stars Because it took me more than four hours to figure out the difference between the front row seat covers and second row
The U tube film suggested does not apply too my vehicle … It would be nice too know what type of cleaning solution to use!!
Not sure if the seat are all leather!!

I ordered seat covers for my 2023 Audi A-6. The delivery time was about three weeks. The front seats were perfect for my car but the rear seat covers were Not made for the A-6. there were more cutouts them my car had and in other areas where there were supposed to be cutouts it didn't. also, the rear headrest didn't fit properly for my car. when I emailed the company (Rick) about the issue he responded by saying that the holes in different versions are different and you need to make the holes yourself. the extra hole will not affect the use. This is bad customer service after paying almost $400.00 for this. I could have bought them from other websites for nearly half the cost. I will NOT do business with
this company again.
