Please DO NOT order ANYTHING from this company!
The other negative reviews are all spot on and is exactly what happened to me. The item will arrive and it will either be damaged or not resemble the picture on the advert. You will request a refund and after numerous emails they will confirm a refund, but only if you ship - at your expense - overseas. Therefore your refund won't cover the cost of the postage to ship the item back!
You will, however, be offered a partial refund and advised to keep the item which wouldn't be a problem if the item wasn't damaged.
Company is one big con, don't waste your money or time and it's such a shame because if they spent as much effort in making a quality product as they do in shafting their customers they might find they get more business!
If I could have given zero stars I would.

Loved the dress, true to size, did wait a few weeks for delivery, pleased with my purchase.

I amended an earlier review as dyzay offered small discount if I keep dresses, even though disappointed in what arrived. So customer service reasonable. Having examined the 2 dresses ordered again, I feel I could wear them after all with a cardi and a bit of altering eg take out tightly sewn elastic on end of sleeves. Because the package came through Hong Kong, I presume made in China although hard to know from website where exactly they are manufactured. I should have researched more carefully as this is not a sustainable purchase but that was my choice. Basically dresses are made of a rayon mix largely so a cheaper, not very sustainable material but seemingly works in hot weather (yet to be tested). I feel because they have come so far the least I can do is attempt to wear them. Won't purchase again for reasons above. 3 stars because feeling generous and more annoyed at myself for falling for marketing on fb more than anything.

I don't want to even give 1 star but had to so I could add a review. Don't use this company. The dresses I ordered were poor quality and oversized. I emailed to return them but was offered a partial refund, less than 25%, to keep them. I persisted over 2 weeks and eventually, after lots of bartering, got around 90% back. It was that or pay for return to USA. To be honest I didn't trust the company to say the items had not been received so as not to refund so I took as much as I could get.

Awful company! I thought I'd take a risk when ordering and it didn't pay off! The dress I ordered is such poor quality and when I attempted to send it back, they tried to barter me with tiny 'compensation' amounts or risk sending it all the way to New York!
Also....... it is obvious that A LOT of the reviews on here are written by themselves to counteract the multitude of poor reviews.

It was a good time for delivery and nice clothes. I will watch your catalog for the news and discounts.

Yes all good with this company, delivered on time and with care. Dress is lovely, material is good, fit is snug but ok. Would order again.

Wouldn’t give them one star, disgusting after sales service for returns.wouldn’t advise anyone to order from this site. Trousers too big was told by Dyzay.com to try and sell them on as they only cost £30 plus .
