I've been a Dynojet customer for several years and have purchased multiple products, so this review is based on my actual experience.
The technical support representative was courteous and did try to help, but I felt like I was being rushed through the call. Every time I tried to explain what my Power Vision was doing, I was interrupted before I could fully describe the problem.
The issue was never resolved because the technician focused on software troubleshooting instead of listening to my concerns. The real problem turned out to be that the Power Vision itself was failing and could no longer reliably communicate with my computer. If I had been given the opportunity to fully explain the symptoms, I believe we could have reached that conclusion much sooner.
I don't expect miracles, but I do expect technical support to listen carefully before assuming what the problem is. Dynojet makes good products, but their customer service would be much better if technicians took a little more time to hear customers out and diagnose the issue instead of rushing them off the phone. Thinking they know best
