I met Binasa by chance after a terrible experience with another agent who misled me. She honestly explained everything, guided me through the whole process, and even 2.5 years later is still supporting me with handover and renting. Truly trustworthy, professional, and the best broker I’ve met. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had the best experience with Binasa.
Was honest and showed me the best deals.
Had a really good experience with Inga Tian. She helped us find and rent the property and made the whole process super easy. She was always quick to reply and helped us with everything we needed, even after we moved in. Really appreciate all her help and would definitely recommend her.

I've been in Dubai 14 years and dealt with a lot of agents. Binasa is, by far, the best of them.
Amazing attitude, endlessly supportive, and she went above and beyond in ways she really didn't have to. Her attention to detail is amazing, and her knowledge of the building and of the unit itself was better than anyone I've come across — no question went unanswered, nothing was ever a guess.
Honestly, nothing negative at all to say. What stands out most is that you can truly feel her love of what she does. It shows in the knowledge she has and the effort she puts in, every single time.
Thank you Binasa — genuinely appreciated.

Vratika did a great job supporting me to find a place in The Sustainable City. In a volatile & complex market, she provided clear communications and supported me throughout the full process, incl. Ejari & DEWA. Would certainly recommend.
