I guess im the lucky one, I only worked 2 days here and I too never got paid. I should of known better be it the way they did me to hire me from 3 seperate interviews for a whole different property, to how they never had me sign any contract to start, they never sent me any of the stuff I was supposed to be learning to there own property maintenance showing up after me and leaving before me every day, to working 9 hours every day with no lunch or breaks, to them not even telling me what id make an hour until a full day after I already started to them going silent and all not answering there phones or returning calls over a couple hundred bucks. Im sure its somehow my fault I dont get paid for my labor when I never had anything to sign and was told in texts and calls the things that made these people look suspicious, I was nothing but professional and welcomed and then I had to quit due to medical issues and my growing suspicions and magically I never saw a dime. I guess its a good thing I had body camera footage on in case they wanna say its my fault I dont get paid for some "behavior" or thing I didn't do or did. This is how they treat 100% disabled 6 time combat veterans, so dont think your going to be any better. Run while you can, have nothing to do with these crooks, and growing suspicions and magically I never saw a dime. I guess its a good thing I had body camera footage on in case they wanna say its my fault I dont get paid for some "behavior" or thing I didn't do or did. Oh and Natalie Johnson the owner, you should of just paid me. just put dynamic is trash in the subject line, and ill send you the videos and texts and photos so you can see they legit screwed me over for no reason other then to be spiteful because I figured them out before they could really get me.

This is the new management company for Oak Creek apartments. I am still 2 weeks into living with dirty wet carpets and their number one leasing agent Kinzie McNaught tried to pull a "Karen" move & accuse me of assault after she made me cry. I am disabled and on section 8. I feel I wouldn't have been treated this way if I wasn't on SSI & section 8. I have never in all my years of living and renting been treated as such & so easily dismissed.

We just had a full roof replacement from plywood up, including four skylights and added a sun tunnel in our kitchen. We’re glad we chose Dynamic property solutions to do the job. Pretty amazing for the amount of debris that came off the roof.

Dynamic Property Solutions started within 5 day of signing to work on our roof. Their professional crew finished entire job in 1 day start to finish including complete clean up. Very pleased with the workmanship performed. They provided video/photos before, during & after. Highly recommend Will and Anthony's crew.

Whenever you start a big home project, like a new roof, most people will do their due diligence. If you are reading this review, you are doing it now. I did mine and Dynamic Property Solutions came up number one.

I had a very positive experience with Dynamic Property Solutions. They took off both layers of my old roof and installed a beautiful Owens Corning Duration Roofing system. The color I picked was Shasta White and I am very pleased with the results. Dynamic Property Solutions did a great job. These hard working people were on time, experienced, very efficient, and when finished, cleaned up thoroughly. I will be using Dynamic Property Solutions again for my next project.
