I wanted to buy a wig but I was very concerned about it getting yanked off my head. The nasty “woman” (not sure of their pronouns) who read my comment was so horrifically rude. I was asking if it could get pulled off during intimacy. There have been many times where my partner has leaned on my natural hair on accident with an elbow and it gets pulled out. I was wondering how the wig would stay on, in that situation. “She” (I’m not sure of their gender) created a video reaction on TT implying that my partner slams my face into the bed/wall/ headboard. I was also wondering how it stayed on in a storm (I’m in hurricane season in FL) They said I shouldn’t be going out in a storm with a wig on.

I joined their live. AGAIN asking these questions, but I tried to better explain it to them but they blocked me then continued to make fun of me insinuating that my partner slams my head all over the place during intimacy. Since I was blocked I didn’t have any way of defending myself. The whole chat developed a mob mentality and thought “they” were iconic for treating another female that way.

I am so humiliated. This company should be ashamed. I was asking someone who I thought was a girl’s girl in a community for women. cis or otherwise, how a wig stays on during intimacy or bad weather and was met with hate.

Just letting you all know what you’re supporting when you buy from this company.

I placed my first order with them 4-4-26. I’m still hopeful I’ll receive the 2 wigs I ordered but I have emailed them numerous times as to when they will ship with no response. What is wrong with this world. Reading the reviews, You can’t trust anyone with anything anymore! It shouldn’t be this way…..

The customer service stinks. I did not receive one of the wigs I ordered & I can’t get ahold of the company to tell them send my wig or refund my money. They have no phone number to contact them

Placed an order for 2 wigs on 2/18/26. Have reached out multiple times trying to get a tracking number. No response. Opened a dispute with Afterpay on 2/26, and to date, they haven't responded. This company is also affiliated/sister companies with Haircube. Stay away from both companies. 100% scam. Im out $84.99 until Afterpay finishes my dispute. That's when I can finally get my money back.
